I ordered Casey's Online tonight with the Wingsday promotion. My husband arrived at the time the online ordering system said that the order would be ready. It wasn't even started. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to us at this store. My husband returned later to pick up the order and the cook had only made the wings, not our pizza. He just took the wings. He was charged regular price for the wings. I am beyond upset by this. Why do you have an online ordering system if it is not checked? Why isn't there an alarm or something to get the employee's attention? This needs fixed (at least in Nauvoo, IL).
