Carrefour babybliss

I came today to your customer service to return an item I bought yesterday. Its a babybliss fun style 8 in 1. I want to complain the product as its very useless. Its a piece of garbage. The only thing it does is to heat up but cant even straighten nor curl you hair. This kind of item should not be put in the market as its a big fraud. Selling an item thats not doing what it says it does is a piece of trash. Its not about the money but the use of the item. It is useless

Carrefour service/beard trimmer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have just returned home from shopping at Carrefour Market Supermarket with my 4 month old baby. The trip was problematic due to short fallings on the part of Carrefour.

Along with other items I bought a beard trimmer. I took the empty box from the shelf and, after having charged me for everything I wanted to buy the checkout lady explained that somebody would have to go upstairs to find the beard trimmer.

After about 15 minutes, a member of staff came along and said that they did not have the beard trimmer in stock. The lady working on the checkout said that she would refund me the money for the beard trimmer. She asked me if I wanted the money in cash and I said that I would. She then asked me for my bank card. I asked why and she told me that she was going to return the money to my bank account and give me a receipt for the refund. After having given me the receipt she told me that the money could take up to two days to arrive in to my account. I explained that I wasn't happy having to leave the shop with neither access to the my money or the beard trimmers especially after having been made to wait so long. I could see that she was very busy with a huge queue so I asked to speak to somebody else about the issue.

A worker came along after about fifteen minutes and I explained the situation. He then interrupted the checkout ladies work to ask her what had happened and clarify it all before coming back to me to say that he the refund would take up to two days, that it didn't used to be that way but since about two months ago, refunds can take two days. I explained again that I wasn't happy not having the product or access to my money and asked for a complaint form. He looked on the computer to see when the beard trimmer would be in stock. The computer said that they did have it in stock. He sent somebody to look for it again. I asked him whether, if they found it, I would have to pay again, he didn't know and went to ask the checkout lady. She said yes. I said I wasn't happy with that as I didn't want double the cost of the beard trimmer tied up in the process of buying it. I asked for a complaint form.

After at least 10 more minutes, a member of staff appeared with the beard trimmer that I had originally wanted to buy. Even though I had explained that I did not want to pay for them twice and that I was waiting for the complaint form, not the beard trimmer. I explained myself politely again. I explained that I had now been stood by the till for the best part of an hour because of their mistakes and that I didn't want to pay twice for the beard trimmer. One of the workers stated that they weren't machines and that they weren't perfect and that there was nothing to do. They gave me the complaint book but explained that I would have to fill it in there at the till and that it was for the local authorities. I wanted to get in touch with carrefour and take my time to explain the problem so at that point I decided to go home and write a complaint online to carrefour.

The ordeal took up along time and caused a lot of stress. There was confusion as to what was happening to my money and whether the beard trimmers were in stock. I must have been there at the checkout for for almost an hour trying to explain myself and waiting for solutions which never came.

I believe that this type of service should be compensated for financially. I am a working farther and as a result I do equate time to money. I feel that negligence and an unorganised, unprofessional methodology on carrefour's part has caused me stress, anxiety and wasted my time.

I feel I should also mention that the queues are usually in excess of 15 minutes in carrefour market, Cadiz. While I was waiting by the till today a lady got trapped in the toilet because the door (handle I presume) wasn't working and the shopping that was being prepared to be delivered to addresses was in blocking access to customer's shopping carts so I had to help elderly people move the shopping to get to their shopping cart on more than one occasion.

Carrefour laptop

Today evening I came to purchase a tablet and the staff who was there to attend the customer was very rude and not professional, the issue is I want to buy an acer laptop plus tablet which cost 799/- and the staff was pushing as to take ilife or touch mate tablet and even that in not in the professional way, it was an display unit and we couldn't recognise those are the last piece and when we said pack this he is saying this is the last piece and when we said to him we didn't get that what's it's means he was very rude and he explain very rude, once he felt it's his mistake he was not ready to accept his mistake and keep on argue and he was called his section supervisor who spoke to us good way and he take out his name badge as well, the supervisor name is Mr.Faizal Zakir, ( Mall of Emirates Branch ) and I went and paid bill and when I comes and gave the check then only they saying they don't have a cover for that and they offer me a bag and I agree, they make me waited more than 45 min and even I waited 45 min it's came with a laptop bag which is very bigger and it was running out of time and I was in hurry so I just took it the item and left the place, I was not happy at all with the service and the
Note :- As a customer we don't understood what is the meaning of display unit, we understood those for display only but how we know that there is no stock ?
The item I recived and when I check once the audio jack is little cracked which is my mistake I don't check properly because of they make me wait and i spend almost 2 hours for nothing

At monday nov 5 at 3pm from dubai festival city dubai I buy one panasonic microwave nn-st34hm.. When I take it home and check about microwave there is no any detail about this microwave and even I try at youtube and some sell apps like souq.com but there is no display about this.. I have been purchased two items through Carrefour last week and i have asked them many time to send me the invoices with my extended warranty since that date and till now I didn't receive anything from them I have called them daily regarding tgat matter and no response till now please I need your help for that it's seems not original or there's something hiding for there's no transparency from them.

Carrefour dominican republic carrefour employees being taken advantage of by carrefour or?

As an American who does business in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic frequently I love the store and am always impressed with service.

I do have a problem with the hours worked by numerous employees. I spoke to many employees and was shocked to learn that some work 12 hours a day 6 days a week.
Is this normal and/or necessary or is Carrefour taking advantage of the Dominican People. Dominicans work very hard for very little money and I was shocked and saddened to hear this from numerous employees.
I am curious to know if Carrefour is taking care of its employees or taking advantage of them.

Carrefour product

Dear all,

Good day, just wanted to inform that we done the shopping at Ajman Carrefour,
We love to shops as so many options and promotion, however one of the items we purchased is already expired.
And we just got to know yesterday night
2nd November 2017.
Request to please inform to all the team and be vigilant to all the date of expiration specially in the food.

Carrefour service

Lebanon, city center branch 1st of november 2017 7:30pm .. i just fought an hour and a half of horrible beirut traffic with my wife and my newborn baby to do our routine monthly shopping, and after an hour of piling up products.. i was surprised with the supervisor or manager showing up at the pay out cashier telling me i can not buy more than 5 items of each product, the graciously extending it to 7 ... so most of my stuff were put back . There was no sign of how many items i should buy . It was ridiculous.. definitely my last time going there.. whats the point if i can only get food for my cat and my dogs that can only last me for few days..

Carrefour employee

We waited in line because there was no sign that cashier 23 is close. When it was our turn, He refuses to check out our goods because he said he is already close.
We transferred to the next cashier while he is just looking at us. We waited in line again and I looked at him and saw that his register is not close and still processing other customer's goods!

He clearly doesn't want to work or choose not to work while on time of duty. Better give him rest and send him to his home country.

Please do not tolerate this kind of attitude.

منذ ٢٠٠٩ وانا اتعامل مع كارفور سواء ديره او مردف ولم اقابل سوء معامله من موظف لديكم مثل ما قابلت اليوم طريقه مستفزه في الرد من موظفه الصندوق القيام ببعض الحركات الغير مقبوله وعندما واجهت الموظفه بان لديها طريقه غير مقبوله في التعامل ردت بكل بساطه هذا اسلوبي فقولت لها هذا غير مقبول ماذا لو تقدمت بشكوي. قالت انا لا يهمني هذا بخلاف الطريقه التي وضعت بها مشترياتنا داخل الاكياس.

Carrefour carrefour murcia

Dear sir/madam,
Yesterday 20/10/2017 at approximately 21:35, I locked my bicycle at the bike park area in carrefour Murcia, Spain. Which was stolen, I used a lock which I purchased in Carrefour.
When I realised my bicycle had been stolen, I found security staff who offered no assistance and told me to go to the police. I asked if there was any cameras and the staff didn't know. I found the whole situation very stressful due to the way it was handled by the staff.
I was offered no help and no apology and I am very disappointed with the service.

Complaint Against Carrefour-Egypt

On Monday August 14, 2017 at 11:30 AM (Alexandria local time), I was in Carrefour (Al-Orouba Mall of the West Coast of Alexandria- Egypt) doing some shopping. While I was walking in, I slipped on the floor in one of the passages. The reason is that there was a big spill of water on the floor of which I did not take notice. But it was too late anyway; for I fell suddenly on the ceramic ground causing me severe injuries. Certainly, it was not my fault; the spot of water - which was about 50 cm in diameter - was covering the ceramic ground and it was difficult for a person to recognize the difference.
I am sure you agree with me that this irresponsible attitude on the part of the responsible staff in Carrefour and their clear negligence towards your clients was the reason of this crime. Warning signs, barriers or partitions should have been put when washing the floors.
It came to my knowledge later that this happened many times before to other clients.
The personnel of Carrefour tried to free themselves completely from the responsibility involved, and offered me a wheel-chair so that with the help of my accompanying husband Prof. Dr. Omar Sebakhy (Professor Emeritus of Alexandria University) I could reach for our car.
Although the pain was hardly bearable, I went for a check-up the next day (Tuesday Aug 15, 2017) to a near-by hospital, to discover that there is a fracture in the neck femur bone. We hurried to the city of Alexandria seeking an expertise in orthopedic surgery. Thanks God, I was introduced the same day to Al-Shrook Hospital in the Gleim district of Alexandria, to be operated upon on Aug 17. The surgeon opted for a cemented total hip replacement. After leaving the hospital on Saturday August 19-2017, I was put under further medication care and physiotherapy.
Now, beside the physical and the psychological pain, and more the interruption of our annual holiday, I incurred the amount of LE 63, 000 (doctor fees LE 30, 000 + Hospital fees LE 16, 000 together with the artificial joint price LE 17, 000).
I consider Carrefour-Egypt completely responsible for the above harms and losses which were caused to me. I am therefore bringing to your notice the whole story and how Carrefour-Egypt abuses customers rights, but above all, misusing and exploiting the complicated and lengthy procedures of the Egyptian legal system, and of course in so doing tarnishes Carrefour reputation.
N.B. I have with me all the supporting documents.

A Second Complaint against CARREFOUR-Egypt
The above complaint was submitted to you around Aug. 19, 2017, after which I received two telephone calls on Aug 23 and Aug 30 from Mr Mohamad Mahmoud in the Customer Service. In his last call, Mr Mahmoud asked me to provide all the relevant documents related to my claim and which I did on September 6, 2017 at Al-Ouroba Mall of the West Coast of Alexandria. All documents were handed over by my husband Dr Omar Sebakhy. Although we were assured that we shall hear from the personnel in charge before the end of September, we haven’t heard from them until now. So, we called the customer service on Oct. 15 to enquire about the status of my complaint. The person who received my call told me that Mr Mahmoud is in a meeting and that he will call me back, which he never did. I called again on Oct.17, but the new excuse was that Mr. Mahmoud is vacating? I called another official of CARREFOUR-Egypt called Ahmad Hosni who happened to witness the accident. Again he never answered my call. I wonder whether this is the way CARREFOUR-Egypt attends to its customers.
On Sept.7, I suffered another fracture again in the femur bone; due to complications from the first operation, so on Sept. 8, I went through a second major operation for fixing a plate. I filed electronically a new complaint with CARREFOUR-Egypt on Sept. 25, 2017 under #C319ce, yet again with no response on their part.
As you can see, the service I got from CARREFOUR-Egypt is not acceptable and tarnishes CARREFOUR reputation, and simultaneously abuses my rights as a customer.
Instead of sympathizing with my case in view of the physical and psychological pains I have suffered because of CARREFOUR-Egypt's staff irresponsibility and negligence, they still behave with the same unethical and inconsiderate attitude towards their clients.

Carrefour mobile phone car charger bought in carrefour hesdin. northern france.

I bought a car charger for a mobile phone in Hesdin and when I got home to our cottage in Raye-Sur-Authie, I tried it but it doesn't work. I took the trouble to take it back to Carrefour to get it replaced and the lady I spoke to was very rude( probably because I'm from England) and from what I can gather is that she wasn't willing to replace the item!
I have the receipt and the item in question and would like. A full refund, as I have had to buy another car charger elsewhere!

Carrefour open hours of the store

Yesterday evening I went with my boyfriend to that store to do some shopping. We knew this is one of the fewest store that will be open on Sunday evening. We walked for 20 min to get there to find out that for whatever reason is already closed (it was 20:20) even though it should have been open until 21:00. Few other customers were there not able to enter and really surprised because store should be still open. I tried to ask someone from inside what's going on and why is it closed bit no one would speak with me, literally ignoring me anD just rudely gesturing to me that it's closed and they don't give a [censor] about it. I have been shopping at Carrefour stores daily but after such an incident I am changing my stores immidiately. That unexplainable, rude and unrespectable behaviour should neither be accepted from your side and there should be consequences for the workers for such a behaviour.

Carrefour home food delivery only half delivered

Yesterday (14/10/17) I had a home delivery (in Barcelona) organised between 4-6pm.
The delivery man arrived at 3.30, but only brought one box to the door. He said he would return with another box. I live on a second floor flat so by the time I looked on my balcony he and his van had disappeared. I am missing 18 perishable and frozen items which comes to 31.27 euro. I signed the paper he gave me as he said he would be back with the second box! I have already tried to contact your bot on the Carrefour Espanya facebook group and have had no response. Carrefour lg mobile

Last Sept 18 2017 I buy this LG Mobile the promoter just to me the display piece which he say it's on sale because it's open box already but he said it's in good condition and he didn't tell me any rules and regulation in buying open box item and not even 1 week I return the item because battery is very fast to drain they didn't accept it to change because it's open box and it's on sale OK fine they justsend it to service center after 2 weeks service center send me message that it's fixed and when go there to collect it become more worst when we open the mobile it's 100 ℅ full battery and when im looking at the mobile it's like a clock dropping battery status every second battery status is getting less so I didn't take it and the person in the service center told me he will call me by the next day regarding it but I don't receive a call instead I receive again message that my mobile is under repair again and now again almost 1 week again still no news on the phone I buy im very very disappointed that I buy mobile because my old mobile is not functioning well already but the almost 1 month already it's on service center. I'm going home on December for good I'm planning to buy more things to send home but the 1 st thing I buy is terrible so i don't know now where will I buy other things to send home because since I came here in UAE I always go in carrefour for 11 yrs of my stay here carrefour is my first choice.

Carrefour carrefour uae

Dear Carrefour,

I have been a regular and loyal customer to UAE Carrefour chains, particularly those located in Dalma Mall and Yas Mall Abu Dhabi.
However as a strict vegetation I would like to bring to your attention the lack of vegetation options you have available, in particular the 'Quorn' brand.
It is frustrating and disappointing that currently I am having to travel further afield to Lulus Hypermarket to purchase these products. I believe it would be a huge benefit to many of your customers having this available in your stores.

I have been a customer of this store for over 2 and a half years since moving to sanremo.

I would like to make a formal complain about this carrefour market store manager and store staff currently employed at this store.
Today a very disturbing incident happened this morning to us with the cashier her name was angela.

This particular cashier has some sort of a personal issue with us, everytime she sees us shopping at the store.

We have been purchasing our groceries since we have been living in sanremo and after todays incident we are no longer going to shop at this store ever again.

After 2 and a half years of shopping angela the cashier desides to disappear from the register while she was the only cashier working at the time alone in the store today, while their were at least 15 customers waiting to be served after us.. She disappeared with our the bread we had already had weight and priced ready for the cashier, instead of scanning the item like every other cashier has done for the past 2 and a half years she decided to go and check to see if the bread we weight matched to sticker.

When angela came back my father questioned her about what she did and why she took our bread she told us to our face that she re weigh the bread as practically treated us like thieves infront of at least another 15 or more customers behind us waiting to be served. She started arguing at the counter with an arrogant voice talking over the top insulting us of being from south of italy terrone... Nothing to do with her rotten treatment accusing us of practically stealing bread and making us look like criminals infront of staff and many customers.

Then the manager started raising his voice to us and telling us that we are the rude ones and maladucati.? My father told the manager and the angela the cashier we have been customers of this store for nearly three years and she is the only cashier that controls leaves the cash register to weight our groceries and bread like as if we a thieves or look like criminals.

This woman angela should retire she has no approach with customer she is arrogant, rude and abusive and the store manager is exactly the same.

The store manager on the other hand has no management skills no approach skills and raises his voice to customers and to staff members infront of customers about private store issues... Its happened many times leaving me as a customer shocked to hear and see how this manager runs this store like and animal.

We are not the only customers being abused by this store manager, few weeks ago we walked in and the same store manager with in a huge litigation with other customers screaming and arguing and verbally abusing the customers told them to leave the store like animals and threatened to call the police and told the customer to go [censor] his mother and grandmother.

The same store manager tall and angry man told me to go [censor] my mother and or grandmother this morning in front of other staff on duty and infront of a store full of customers at the cash registers, this made me loose my cool as any normal customer would do when an animal like this manager has the nerve to speak to his customers like this he is not fit to be a store manager. I told him he and his cashier had no right to accuse us and treat us today and humiliate us infront of staff and customers like as if we were a bunch of theives stealing bread that we purchased including other groceries...

This store manager including angela have no customer service skills they are aggressive with customers and dont give a [censor] what you think. They make their own policies based on the customer preference.

The gastronomia in this store is another a complete mess the staff is rude and makes you wait to be served even if their are no customer or even if they are not doing anything. They never greet you or thank you at the counter as they should. No one in this store seems to have any approach they seem all angry and not happy to help if you need their assistance.

Another is with the same store manager I had few weeks back when my father purchased minced meat veal, that by the time we brought it home and put it in a pan we could smell that it was acidic so my father told me to return it as it smelt like vomit. When I returned to complain about the meat that smelt like vomit the same tall manager with his aggressive approach came over to inspect the meat questioned me about it and insisted the meat was fine and that the meat was not acidic and did not stick like [censor]. I told him I have purchased me all my life and cooked meat including my father that cooks every day we know when meat is off and stinks like [censor]. He refused to accept the meat was not good he started arguing with me in the store once again infront of other staff members that I dont understand anything about fresh meat, the butchers also insulted me at the counter in the store insisting that the meat they sold me was fine and was not acidic, I didnt want to argue so I purchased another type of meat instead but the store manager was a complete [censor] that made a huge scene and humiliated me once again in the store at the front infront of a store full of customers.

One other problem with this store is I have noticed on numerous occasions that the offerte that are pinned on the products are not discounted at the register, I have been ripped off many times by this stores false offerte, they always have the same excuse that the staff forgot to take the tag off the shelf which I find is complete bull [censor]. I beleive this store is ripping of customers and tourists with false adviertising offerte that are not under offerte at the counter and are not discounted as they should be discounted by law as they are advertised in the store as per the ticket on the shelf.

The gastronomia area the machine that slices the salami and ever y other ham etc in my opinion is always dirty I have never seen it being cleaned that some times makes me sick to even buy any salumi because of the lack of hygene and staff that look like they dont give a [censor] about the job they are doing.

I think this store manager and staff such as angela the cashier should be investigated together with a number of other staff members that should either retire or resign and hand over their position to people that need a job that have the correct skills to run a supermarket with professional customer service skills not run a supermarket by staff and store management that look like they are alway s angry, aggressive and abusive towards their precious customers...

This store has alot of problems in my eyes as a customer that has travelled the world has has worked in supermarkets.

Some one should take my complaint serious and investigate the entire store most importantly the store manager and staff members like angela.

Its disgraceful what they did to us in that store today. And by the way your salumi in this store look like [censor]. Some look black and im sure some customers will end up in the hospital if they eat your salumi and other products in the gastronomia section of the store.

I suggest that manager stops abusing his customers and telling them to go [censor] their mother and or grandmother at the first opportunity to start an argument with a customer when he is being confronted by something that has been done incorrectly by the store..

Just rememeber the customer is always right in every part of the world and should be treated with respect. This store manager does not know what respect is and his staff are all the same. Rude and arrogant miserable store to do your groceries. I will never shop at this store ever again and I will pass on the message to as many people as possible what this manager and staff did to me today in the store without any motive to abuse us humilate us as possible thieves and make racist comments of being terrone from southern italy.

Still store will only give a bad reputation to carrefour market if you continue to hold on to the same store manager and staff members that should retire or resign if they are not willing to work at carrefour and to treat customers with respect and to do their job correctly following the correct policies.

Rotten manager and rotten staff should be fired immediately. Investigate and you will see what really happens in this store.

Carrefour les carres fondants - chocolate relleno

I bought a Carrefour chocolate from Al Muneera Carrefour express on 26 September. Upon opening it, it felt very soft (not melted, but unusually soft) and tasted a little odd. I then noticed some lines of white dots like substance, which looked like mould/fungus.
The expiry is only in Dec 2017, batch/lot no. L6342 XJ
This is the first time I'm buying a 'Carrefour' brand chocolate so I'm not sure if this is the usual to expect (?)

So I took it back to the store to check/complain but the store assistant told me, he cannot exchange or give me a refund. He offered another chocolate bar of the same brand however, which was just the same !

I'd like to ask if this is the normal quality of these chocs ?
I believe there's something wrong with the lot ?

Is this ok to consume ?!

Carrefour lettuce is rotten

dear dir;

on saturday 9th of september 2017 i bought my grocery including from carrefour marina mall; Abu dhabi in UAE. when i reached home and wanted to make salad; i found out that the lettuce i bought i rotten; next day i went to carrefour and made a complain about it. after few days i received a call for the vegetables and fruits section manager in carrefour marina; i explained to him and he said that he will check with his management and get back to me. since that i did not hear from him or from any one from carrefour. is this how the customer service should deal with clients complaints?
