Sure you guys have heard it all... this is the final straw for me. Ordered a #12, advertised as a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese etc. When I got home, it was not the sandwich I ordered. It was a chicken sandwich, however, the crispy patty was no bigger than that Froot Loop doughnut you guys advertise. It was a small piece of s*** that looked so unappetizing. Upon driving all the way back and waiting 8-10 min in the drive-thru, I finally get up to the window. The cashier tells me he cannot perform a refund until his manager gets in at 6am. So I asked him what am I supposed to do with the food? He literally walked away. I took a photo of the "how are we doing" sign and he came back. I asked his name, "Jack" he said very hesitantly. regardless I'm going to have to go back in tomorrow just to tell this story again just so they can give me my $$$ back. This is not the first time They've messed up my order. I can't believe he couldn't give me a refund. This is a massive inconvenience!
