Carl's Jr. review: service horrible

On 2/2 I was in the drive thru waiting for already 15 minutes it was ridiculous, the person taking orders was rude and dry didn't even say hello or thank you then waited and waited and waited then the man taking my payment didn't say hi either or thank you then handed me a bag of my food in a bag with a ripped bottom abd I could see my burger handing out. He left the window right away and forgot my drink I began honking they just looked and me and let me sit there another few minutes then came and tried handing me some other person's food. I told the lady that the guy forgot my drink she looked irritated by me asking for my damn [censored] I paid for! Plus no damn napkins in my bag? Unbelievably horrible service! Idk if there was only 2 ppl working but their attitudes and customer service was beyond [censored]ty! Get another job if your hating life! I will not be going back here! Customer service is key to loyalty
