Carl's Jr. review: customer service and manager

The lady manager that works there griselda is very rude and disrespectful. I had an issue with her recently because she gave me my chance wrong and started arguing and yelling at me and everyone else was also complaining about her. I put a complaint on their corporate office and said they will investigate the incident but I have not heard back from them since then. I will never go back to that Carl's jr ever again as they lost a good customer. I have been going to that Carl's jr for years but not anymore. If I want to eat a good hamburger I rather make one myself
