Caribbean Airlinesmy suitcase

It's been over a month since I made a complaint about my damaged suitcase post BW 521 on July 4th up to this time I have not been able to get any feedback on my damaged luggage report. I travel very frequently and will need my suitcase for travel. Additionally I only had this suitcase for 4 months now. I find it very unfair that I left New York with a fairly new suitcase in remarkable condition only to reach POS with it all torn up. The agent at the baggage counter assured me of your reimbursement policy however I'm still waiting on a call or email to give some sort of hope to my discontent.
