Careem review: Was scammed

I cancelled my Careem Food order within few minutes. I was charged AED 60.30, received neither the food nor a refund, and repeatedly asked Careem to provide timestamps, evidence that I was warned before cancellation, and the legal basis for charging the full amount. Instead, my ticket was closed without answering those questions. I have now escalated the matter to Dubai Consumer Rights.
