Careem review: Im complaining about the driver captain abdullah riding the plate number of 11091 camry blue roof

Im waiting in jumeirah minasalam roundabout at 2:45pm
And he go straight to the jumeirah minasalam lobby when he go down at 2:47pm i saw him and go inside to the car and he told me where am i going i showed him the picture of booking my friend booked for me and he told me he is not the one he denied even that i have proof canceled the booking in 2 minutes.
And he told my friend that i was late you can check the camera inside the taxi if what time i was inside and talk to tim. It's very unprofessional.
