Careem review: School ride

My name is deepak ahuja and am resident of dubai for last 30 years,
I am also careem super app user for few years now under my mobile number [protected]

I registered for your school rides option in the 2nd week of september, from my home in the lakes to my kids school gems dubai american academy and prepaid for 20 rides.

While first 1-2 rides went well, post which my kids started having bad experience with your careem captains/drivers, they will cancel the booking last minute, when my kids are waiting outside the school in hot sun at 3pm or so.. After making them wait for 20-25 minutes sometime. One of your drivers tried to take extra money from my son and refused to let him out of the cab, saying this school ride is not free?"?

I raised a complaint in the app, but there was no action taken and only standard responses,
To which I was very unhappy and kept complaining. And one fine day my school ride app stopped accepting the bookings and everytime I get the same message"create booking failed. Please try again' we tried this from my kids phone but same... I have a feeling your team has tampered with my app booking for school rides..

I had to book another ride company eventually for them.

I still have around 10-12 prepaid rides which I wanted to use, but today morning again I got the same error message (please see the attached picture).
