Careem review: Complaint against taxi driver – plate no. 10453

Dear Careem Support,

I would like to raise a formal complaint against the taxi driver Usman A, driving a green Toyota Camry, plate number 10453.

The driver cancelled my booking, and despite the cancellation being caused by the driver, I was charged AED 13. This is not acceptable, as I should not be required to pay for a cancellation or error caused by the driver.

This is also the second time I have experienced the same issue, which is very disappointing.

I kindly request that you:

Investigate this incident and the driver's action.
Refund the AED 13 charge to me.
Review why the driver cancelled the booking and ensure this does not happen again.
Take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents with other customers.
