I ordered a southern tender meal. When I received the order. My fish was not done. I politely asked could they remake and they did. But, when I received the remake order the fish was still not done. So, I asked the manager. He said his name was Shannon. He wore braces. He told me he was not going to remake the order again. I asked why. He had a very nasty attitude and said it was onba timer and he wasn't going to remake it. I told him that's not my fault, the fish is not done. I'm not eating raw fish. So, he would rather give me my money back. Instead, of remaking my meal. That was horrible customer service skills and a very bad and nasty attitude. How can Captain D's hire people with such nasty attitudes. I will not be patronizing Captain D's anymore. I'm very unhappy with this kind of service. I have been a customer for years. But, not anymore. Sad sad situation. I expected better quality of service from your workers.
