Captain D's review: Service

On 3-112021 at 6:50.27 I placed a to-go order. For a pick-up time of 7:30. Order# 209433. At 7:20 I went in an inquired about my order. Was told by the counter person that they didn't have such order. She then showed the person that prepares the order my phone showing the order. I then sat down on the bench & waited. In full view of staff. At 8:00 I inquired again. All this time people coming & going. The screen that the boxer looked at all the time got down to 2. At 8:30 I asked again. Even a customer said something about the fact. At 8:35 I received my food. The kicker was when the counter person said. YOU STILL HERE! It is not in my personality to be so patient but I didn't wish to ruin someone else's dinner. So the wife & I got to eat supper at 8:45 The food tasted stall, heat lamp warm. The only thing right on both orders was the sides. This was the first & quite possibly the last visit to this location. The only reason I stayed was the food was paid for.
