I visit the drive thru at this location at least once a week. It doesn't matter if the store is busy or not, it never fails...I have a 20-30 minute wait to get my food. The servers are not clean and their hair is hanging over the food. I have complained many times that they need extra help and the servers agree with me. I am not sure how to cure this problem but it is an ongoing one. I am not the only one complaining about drive thru service/customer service.
