Captain D's review: My food order was wrong

I was in your Gastonia North Carolina store on yesterday December 23rd and I ordered a fish sandwich with extra lettuce and no tartar sauce when I got my food I had extra tartar sauce and no lettuce so I return the plate and was told just to keep the one that they had given me and they would make me another one so they made me another one and before leaving I was sure to check it and low and behold there was extra tartar sauce and no lettuce so I returned that sandwich and complained to the employee and he fixed me another sandwich then I receive it back and it was one cold piece of fish and one fresh piece of fish I asked him what was really going on in their establishment and they said they were short-handed I understand being short-handed but getting a order wrong 3 times in a row that's inexcusable.
