I called in an order to the Gardendale location. I spoke with a young lady named Robin. She was so nice & professional. After I placed my order & she told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Then, the manager interrupted her, & was VERY rude & unprofessional. She stated that they could not take any call in orders, for the first two weeks.
She said I would have to come place my order in person.
I have no problem going to the restaurant, to place my order. I however do have a problem with the unproffessionalism, that was displayed by the lady, who is supposed to be running the store. I felt so bad for the girl that answered my call.
It is a shame that a restaurant, that is so popular in our community, has a team of caring, well mannered employees, has to work under someone like that. I imagine you would have an exceptional rating in this location, if the management were a little less rude. Maybe she should pay more attention to the attitude displayed by her employee, & follow their lead.
