This restaurant has been open for pick up but now I have to sit in the drive thru to pick up my Uber eats order for my customer. It is taking a long time and I will start declining these like I do for Popeyes

Why all of a sudden do they lock the front door with NO signage on the door at all to tell you that you cannot enter? I'm at the Columbus MS Alabama Street location
