Why is it so difficult for capitec to receive and act on the dispute one lodges? I mean I lodged a dispute a week ago of a purchase I did, read the reviews people saying they have been scammed, I quickly call my bank to reverse the money minutes after payment, im told I must wait 30 days, are you kidding me? I have attached screenshots of people complaining about the machant. These people have posed as galxboy hence we fell for the trap. I have no contacts of them, no order number, when I call galxboy they say these no record of my order which of course there won't be because the galxboy za are imposters
