Capitec debited my account twice on the 23rd of December 2025 after I talked to the consultant that I cannot pay for my credit card as I am not getting paid from my company because the company is temporarily closed.
I explained the situation that I am in and she told me to send an email to to [protected]@capitecbank.co.za which I did with supporting documents.
