Daniel did not take the time to properly explain what I was signing for when I came in to have my car battery replaced. I have paid $75 more then I should have because Daniel did not go through the paper with me. He said "I'll just need your keys and a signature from you here and we'll get started". He tested my battery again after I told him it had died on me twice already and needed to have it boosted. He was very condescending towards me when I questions the price. His body language showed that he clearly didn't want to deal with me any longer. He looked very annoyed with my question s. Questions that I would not have had if things were explained to me properly in the first place. Daniel Brook made me feel stupid for not understanding how this worked. For a customer experience supervisor his customer experience giving fell very short and he should be retrained on how to deal with people. I will never be going back to that location again.
