So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and do some research. I scoured the internet for any information I could find about Edelbrock's transmission controllers. I stumbled upon their website, edelbrock.com, and let me tell you, it was quite the experience.

Now, I'm no tech expert, but I was hoping to find some clear and concise information about their controllers on their website. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The website was a bit confusing to navigate, and I had a hard time finding the specific details I was looking for.

After what felt like an eternity of clicking and scrolling, I finally found a section dedicated to their transmission controllers. I was relieved, to say the least. However, the information provided was a bit lacking. It seemed like they assumed everyone visiting their website was already an expert in the field.

I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to their customer support via email. I explained my situation and provided all the necessary details about my transmission. I was hoping for a straightforward answer, but instead, I received a response that left me scratching my head.

The email I received stated, "TC #*** supports GM 4L60E, 4L70E, 4L75E, (up to 2010)." Now, call me old-fashioned, but I couldn't make heads or tails of what they were trying to say. Did that mean their controller would work with my transmission or not? It was as clear as mud.

Frustrated with the lack of clarity, I decided to take matters into my own hands once again. I started researching the transmission models mentioned in their response and tried to figure out if they were compatible with my own. After hours of digging through forums and technical documents, I finally came to a conclusion.

It turns out that the Edelbrock transmission controller they mentioned in their response would indeed work with my transmission. It was a relief to finally have an answer, but I couldn't help but feel a bit disappointed with the whole experience.

In the end, I did end up purchasing the Edelbrock transmission controller. It arrived promptly, and I must say, it has been working like a charm. Despite the initial confusion and lack of clarity, I can't deny that their product is top-notch.

However, I do hope that Edelbrock takes some time to improve their customer support and website. Clear and concise information is crucial when it comes to making purchasing decisions, and it would greatly benefit their customers.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase from Edelbrock, but I can't help but think that the whole process could have been smoother. If you're in the market for a transmission controller, I would recommend giving Edelbrock a shot, but be prepared to do some extra research to ensure compatibility with your specific transmission model.

The folks over at Edelbrock Group, particularly Fuel Air Spark Technology (FAST), don't seem too keen on keeping in touch with their customers once they've pocketed their hard-earned cash for a part. I mean, seriously, I spent a whopping 2.5 hours on hold, desperately trying to get through to someone, but it was all in vain. And just when I thought I'd give it another shot, I fired off not one, not two, but a total of five emails over the course of three long weeks. Can you guess what happened next? Absolutely nothing. Not a single peep from those guys.

Now, I'm not one to easily give up, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and vent my frustrations on social media. But guess what? They didn't take too kindly to that. Oh no, they ran straight to Facebook and had my posts removed. Can you believe it? Instead of addressing my concerns like responsible adults, they chose to silence me. It's like they have all the time in the world to flood our feeds with flashy car pictures, pretending like they're the ones responsible for those beauties. But when it comes to dealing with their customers who've been swindled out of their money, suddenly they're nowhere to be found.

Let me tell you, this whole experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. It's just plain disappointing to see a company prioritize their own image over the satisfaction of their customers. I mean, is it too much to ask for a simple response? A little acknowledgment that they messed up and are willing to make things right? Apparently, it is.

So, my fellow car enthusiasts, take heed. If you're thinking about doing business with Edelbrock, think twice. Don't be fooled by their fancy website and slick marketing tactics. Behind all that glitz and glamour lies a company that couldn't care less about you once they've got your money in their pockets. Save yourself the headache and find a company that actually values its customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

I purchased a set of cylinder heads, P/N 6055 from Summit in July 2023. I later found out that I cannot install lash caps because of the wrong valve stem locks installed on cylinder heads. According to the installation sheet that come with the heads, it says that the #60555 heads comes assembled with valve stem locks #9615. The #9615 is machined recessed for lash caps.

On Aug. 1,2023 I spoke to Aidan Barnard and explain my problem. Aidan told me to send pictures and any information I have. So I did. Since then I have had numerous emails with Aidan trying to resolve the problem. All I want is the correct Valve Stem Locks 9615. Aidan told me he sent all info to engineering dept. and there's nothing else he can do, and that was on Aug.14th. On Aug.24th Aidan said he was going to see the people from engineering about the problem. I have not heard anything back.

Any help would be appreciated.
