I called Canada Post on Feb 20/26 regarding a delivery notice I found in my mailbox same afternoon. After a much frustrating & quite annoying autobot encounter, I was eventually able to tell "James" that my much puzzling & big disappointment about this no parcel delivery experience as I WAS HOME ALL DAY, ALL WEEK & THIS CANADA POST DELIVERY PERSON NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO COME AND KNOCK ON MY DOOR.
Canada Post messed up this delivery , no effort was made to knock on my door or use the parcel locker in the lobby, simply automatically leaving me a notice in my mailbox to p/u from a location 30 minutes walk from home in this weather. Such irresponsible & shameful , totally lazy & inconsiderate Canada Post worker.
This "James" person said the local depot supervisor would call me "on or before March 2". I feel absolutely ridiculous as this shows no remorse, genuine apology whatsoever of Canada Post to correct the unacceptable & expected shipping responsibility that they are paid for & further punishing me for even calling to complain by keeping me waiting for another 10 days or so for a NO GOOD SUPERFICIAL WHATEVER>>>>>>
Shipping & all related charges have been paid to Canada Post & they CANNOT EVEN DO THIS SIMPLE, SUPPOSEDLY DOOR-TO-DOOR, NO FUSS & VERY MUCH STRAIGHT FORWARD SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY.
This has been happening to me multiple times. SHAME & MUCH MORE SHAME TO THOSE CANADA POST DELIVERY WORKERS INVOLVED FOR THEIR INCAPABILITY TO DO THEIR SIMPLE & EASY JOB RIGHT AND 99% OF THEM ARE DRIVING COMPANY TRUCKS TO DELIVER MAILS/PARCELS. AND THEY DARE TO KEEP ASKING FOR MORE & MORE MONEY , JOB SECURITY, BENEFITS, WHATEVER REPEATEDLY !
