C-Date review: C-date membership, charged twice for 2 years membership : took the membership only for one month

I took the membership for ONE MONTH ONLY, on 29th May 2023, but C-Date has charged me 239.88 EUR directly ( it said the charges are one year of Premium Membership). I only took this for one month and the experience on this website has been the worst, to be honest. Not a single contact has materialised anything so far. I have not met a single person till date. I need this money back after charging for one month, which I am fine for, and I need this to be cancelled immediately.

C-date charged me 239.88 EUR today without my permission. Please refund my money, delete my profile and data, and never charge me again. I had a terrible experience and no matches.. Please confirm the cancellation and refund me everything except the first month charge via email. This is ridiculous..

I was supposed to be charged 19.99 EUR for the first month, but you charged me for the entire year twice in less than 3 months. It's unprofessional..
