I rented a boom lift that did not work. I was charged $150. This is ridiculous. The lift raised up and stuck. I called Mathis and reported the problem. They said they could send a mechanic, but he was on a job and did not know when he would be able to come. I was able to get the lift restarted and lowered enough to trailer it down the road and return it. I had this item for less than 4 hours. I got no use out of it.
