on saturday 9/17/22 I responded for an ad for buy 3 bottles at $39.99 each get two free online. I entered credit info and card was declined. I attempted a few more times thinking I pressed wrong number but every time it was declined. It advertised free shipping also. I later found out my company thought it was a fraud which I advised it wasn't. Later I got email from the company order was incomplete yet I checked my card and there was 2 charges for $199.75 and $159.80.Contacted the company today after numerous attempts and they advised I have to wait 60 days for a refund and explained each bottle is $69.99 so 5 bottles would be 39.99 each. very deceptive. Then the operator told me call is limited to 5 minutes and hung up on me and could not explain the second charge for $ 159.80. I contacted my card company and disputed the charges but I would like a refund and will not use the product that has apparently shipped. Even today they sent me e mails that order was not complete yet I was charged.
