National Muffler review: Brake line

On 09/22/2022, I went to National Muffler located at 1614 W. National Ave. in Milwaukee, WI. 53204. I asked for an exhaust inspection. I was informed that I could have a partial job of $200 plus dollars or a complete rear exhaust replacement for $643.10. I chose the complete rear exhaust replacement.

In addition, I asked National Muffler to inspect my brake lines. I was told to replace the front brake line. There were no leaks. However, National Muffler suggested that I replace the front brake lines, eventually. Because there were no leaks, I agreed to bring my vehicle back on Monday, 09/26/2022.

National Muffler completed the rear exhaust system job. They parked my vehicle on the lot. They picked both My brother and I up and brought us back to pick up my vehicle. I asked National Muffler, "Why didn't they leave my vehicle on the rack so that I could view the completed work." The service person replied that the job was complete and look under the vehicle to check for job completion. When I looked under the vehicle, I noticed a severe leak. The service guy replied that I broke it, and he will not fix it. I never drove my vehicle. It was in their possession, and I was left with no brakes. I had to pay almost $200 to have my car towed to a dealership.
