Victoria Secret / Comenity Bank review: I want my account clear as the representative told me it was when I paid the last 35.93 and an apology for their mistakes.

On August, 2, 2022 I purchased a cashier check 1694.00 from PNC Bank to pay off a total bill with Victoria's Secret /Comenity Bank because I'm retired now trying to pay off bills and spend more wisely. Sent the cashier check by mail 8/2/22, but on 8/17/22 I called Victoria's Secret and they said it was never received. I went back to PNC Bank, made a stop payment on the first cashier check and on 8/19/22 the cashier check was reissued. I took the cashier check to the post office, paid first class to mail this cashier check to Victoria's Secret/Comenity Bank. Victoria's Secret/Comenity Bank sends me a bill for 1870.20 saying I made a purchase for 139.07 I didn't make any purchases. On 8/24/22 I paid over the phone 35.93 now they sent a bill for 1870.20 my credit limit is 3450.00 I have an available credit of 1579.00 I paid out of pocket cashier check 1694.00 over the phone 35.93 =1729.93. I'm very upset. On June 30, 2022 they took an authorized payment 100.00 and on 7/01/22 they took an unauthorized payment 100.00 out of my account and said it was a system glitch I had to borrow money because that money they took was for another bill. I asked them to keep the unauthorized money for next month bill. I feel I owe them nothing. They did under handed dealing. Can you help me?
