Bob the Handyman - Rockledge FL review: Representing his experience falsely

My husband hired Bob Listy to do a small (64 square feet) tiling job on our front stoop. Bob said he could do it. He never told us he had not done it before. I offered to rent a proper tile cutter for him. He refused and said he had one. What he had was a very small cheap cutter for use with ceramic tile. Our tile was porcelain. He chipped many of the tiles and laid them anyway. He put two different colors of grout and did a poor job wiping the excess off. I had to spend 3 hours in the 92 degree Florida sun cleaning up his mess. At 72 years old, this was very difficult. He also cut some baseboard for my closet - it was too big but he secured it anyway. He did not caulk between the baseboard and the wall. How could a general handyman not know to do that?
