I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Delivery Services
The issue that I have experienced was: I want to raise a further complaint and bad experience of one of the parcel delivered at the Duchy of Lancaster Burleigh House, 355 - 359 Strand. London WC2R 0HS

Driver attitude and behaviour
taking my picture without my consent violating the Data Protection GDPR Guidelines
I already complaint about the above and it was escalated for the future deliveries.
what will be the outcome of the current above delivery that Why the driver left the delivery at reception after showing Duchy of Lancaster is situated at the floor 2 and very Cleary mentioned and if not floor 2 then not for the reception entitled to receive the above delivery, not for the reception.
The driver told me that it is not his job at all and will not delivered to the Duchy of Lancaster. It is the job of the reception. I will not accept anyone orders at my building what should I do. I follow the Building management and client instructions.
The driver took it my picture with the delivery without my consent and violating the Date Protection GDPR Guidelines.
The complaint lady received my complaint but it was not escalated the current delivery and mentioned that parcel is delivered. after that when i try to call so many times my phone was not going through, straight to the music lines means no reply to my call which is not acceptable.
the dpd complaint and procedure was mentioning only for the future delivery but what will be the result and out come of calling the current parcel delivery, bad attitude and behaviour, giving orders to other what is his job role and GDPR violation.

IT SHOULD BE ESCALITED BY THE DPDP TO SEND THE DRIVER TO DELIVERED AT THE RIGHT DLOOR AND SHOULD APOLOGISED BY THE DRIVER DUE TO HIS BAD ATTITUDE AND GIVING ORDERS HOW TO DO MY JOB AS A RECEPTION.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
