On Wednesday 8/31/2022 @9:09 pm; I placed an order for myself and my son who's autistic and has food allergies! First they told me it was going to be 45 minutes: it came an hour later..oder completely wrong and had to be discarded! I odered Hot and Honey chicken combo; and for my son; 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, plain; no condiments! And they sent cold chicken and the burgers had everything on it that I did not order! It was supposed to be a Sprite & Dr. Pepper, and no Dr. Pepper! Kevin was the Dasher for that evening; whom I called and text to complain as well as contacting DoorDash cs and Wendy's to no avail... I sent in a complaint through the get help app twice on the same night! When I finally recieved a callback, the cs rep advised me that he was escalating this to management to recieve my refund of $35.59... That was 2 weeks ago, so I called again this evening to further inquire about my complaint and again put on hold until call wasdepleated...I want a refund and poor customer service for DoorDash and Wendy's...This isn't the first time they screwed up; Prior to this incident the driver showed up from Little Ceaser's with 2 people in the car and that oder was wrong and late! They really need to do better or shut down! The money the charge plus the tip for these dashers, should'nt be so many unreasonable mistakes!

Desired outcome: no resolution as of tonight; I called to futher inquire and recieved the run around until call was disconnected...
