the Wellcare customer service reps + corporate officials made absolutely no effort to research or verify problems - they refused to supply an email address to allow me to supply over 40 records of contacts + case reference numbers - spoke to your rep Susan Tampa when she called on 9/7/22 At 2:35 + my 8/30/22 replay was posted AFTER - the Wellsare comment of 8/30/22 + they did not respond to it [ Susan mentioned programing + computer changes that caused mix up in posting times ] - claim should not be closed as stated - WellCare did not respond + did nothing but tell total lies in their previous responses -
