Ordered a product on line for $21.35 from a company called the-manogi.com but my credit card now has a charge for the $21.35 and a charge for $64.17. I did not authorize the $64.17 charge. When I got ahold of the company which was only a few minutes after the purchase, they refused to refund or cancel that transaction because they claim it was already processed. Also none as Inscents water falls.
Desired outcome: Please refund the $64.17 unauthorized charge.
Scam company. I saw ad on Facebook, ordered, plus extra cones. Supposedly 70% off if I bought now. My $44 on PayPal kept increasing to $98! I canceled pay.enrs through PayPal & the order through email. They offered me $100 free credit to keep. I refused any & all offers re.inding them I canceled payments & order. This was in the morning. In the evening, I get an email with tracking # link saying they can't cancel. It's just a label made, not shipped yet. They intend on shipping despite cancelation! I said if they did, it'd be their free gift to me. I will report them to BBB, PayPal & Facebook.
They fraudulently charged me for an app that was never used. I will report to Attorneys General of all states they operate in. Mine and my Mother's as it was a gift. They charged my card 4 times all as different companies. Maybe some karma will rain down on these thieves.
Thus company is horrible. I didn’t order extra cones and called customer service. They talked me into a 50 percent discount on the cubes and I accepted.
When I told them I was returning the order, they offered me 50 percent off order. I asked about it, only for them to say that email was in error.
It cost me 27 bucks to return order, but worth it bc they are so incompetent and knifing!
Please don’t order from this company!
I made and error when I placed my order. I immediately sent a message apologizing for my error and asking to cancel the unwanted item. I got a message back saying If you jeep (an pay for) the unwanted item they would send me a $100 gift card. I immediately sent a message back saying I was not happy with the solution but would accept it. I never heard back ( they say they never rave my response). I sent another message saying at this point I wanted to cancel THE entire order and wanted a
full refund. This they responded to now offering me a 30% discount on the item I didn't want. Again I told them no I want to cancel and need a refund not 2hours later I got a message saying my order was packaged for delivery (this was 12/14/22). I called them on 12/25/22 only to be put on hold for 30 minutes only to get a message saying leave a message and we will get back to you. No response so I called back again a 30 minute wait. When the call was answered the agent hung up on me. Called again another 30 minute wait. Then I was told the pakage was mailed on the 8th and had already been delivered to my mailbox. I'm taking to th post office and telling them I refuse delivery and they can send it back.
I had the same issue with the same company which they also go under the name inscents waterfalls or the inscents brand. And I eventually had them send me a new one after I said the post office never got one and they never sent me a confirmation email upon original order I ordered mine November 24, 2022 and just received mine December 23, 2022 after many many emails back and forth. I don't believe they ever sent the so called original package that never showed up and wasn't given any info on tracking until I emailed them about not receiving any confirmation and no package after 2 weeks. They are a horrible company and the cones don't back flow right cuz of how they sit in the Voodoo base, it covers the backflow hole they should be sending regular cones to work properly.
I should clarify I wasn't charged anything extra for anything other than what I agreed to in my order.
Wish I would have looked at these reviews first. They charged $59.99 extra on my card. I have to wait until the transaction posts before I can dispute it with my credit card provider. Scammers!
The same thing just happened to me and I have filed complaints through PayPal.
Same thing happened to me! Can't believe they charged 64.00 then turned & put 8.00 on my bill. Refuse to do anything . Help😭😭
