Burger King waiting for order

On October 24th at around 3 Pm I ordered 2 cheeseburger's from the drive through at a new Burger King in Kansas city Kansas on Parallel store number 23661. I asked for extra pickles on the burgers and that was it. There was no one else in the drive through and only 2 cars in the parking lot. I paid at the first window and immediately when pulling up to the second window was told to pull around so they can make my burgers fresh (are they not always fresh?) I sat in my car waiting for 10 minutes - not exaggerating - before I finally went in. There were 4 employees standing around talking and one of them annoyed asked me what I needed, and upon telling them I was waiting for my food for some time, said oh I didn't know you were waiting, I said that he was the one to tell me to pull around! They then casually tossed me the bag and that was it. no apologies or anything. Also they did not add pickles to the burgers. For a brand new burger king in the area, they will not last long with this level of service! I would like acknowledgement that this is being corrected

Burger King hours of operation

On three (3) separate occasions I have visited the Burger King drive-thru window. Each time it is around 9:00 p.m. The last visit was as recently as October 30, 2017. On October 30 I was told "sorry we are out of product". The other two visits essentially had the same result. The employee declares they don't have anything or the machine is broken. This Burger King is located at 780 E Hwy 50. Groveland, FL. and advertises that they are open until midnight. How could you possibly be out of product at approximately 9:00 p.m. each time?

Desirable resolution #1: Stay open and serve customers until closing time (midnight).

Desirable resolution #2: Change closing time hours to reflect what they actually are.

Desirable resolution #3: Hire a new manager that cares about customer service.

Had a Burger King around here do the same thing. They closed up 6 months later.
Haven't been to a Burger King since they stopped flame broiling their burgers, about 17 years ago.
I go to the newly opened one, get the same treatment you described
They had some Whoppers, which tasted and looked like thin pieces of cardboard.
They are gone now. Make my own burgers now using a George Foreman grill..

Burger King drive thru order

I had a full order of six meals. I specifically asked for my whoppers to be without onions only to my surprise that each of my three whoppers had onions. I also paid extra for bacon on one yet again to my surprise there was no bacon. One burger was suppose to have no cheese yet came with cheese. Worse part was they made me pull up and wait. What was the point of being pulled out of drive thru to wait in the parking lot just to have the majority of my order wrong. I wasn't given napkins nor straws. This has been by far the worst fast food experience I have had. My poor daughter didn't even want her burger because even after I took of the onions it smelled horrid not to mention my sister couldn't eat her burger because she's Lactosentolrrant. I want this situation settled because I am incredibly upset. This was not the lunch get together I had expected. Terrible!

Why don't you return to store in person, explain calmly what happened to manager, usually they give you some free gift certificates.
Why would you even feed that stuff to your sister and own daughter ? Eat healthy food, or stay at home and cook your meals so you know it's good.

Burger King manager frustration and bad attitude

I had just walked in around 1:30, because the drive thru line was backed up. No big deal, it's a lunch rush I understand. I walked in and there were some people standing in line. This Burger King must have been extremely backed up because there were piles of receipts just sitting on the counter, no organization and some customers were getting ancy. The manager eventually comes up and asks who's next, one customer who had been waiting for 20 minutes says he has not gotten his order. Manager says what did you have? Customer tells him the order and manager turns around to get it ready for him. Meanwhile the customer turns to the gentleman standing next to him and says "you would think they'd have better staffing" To which the manager replies "I don't know why you're complaining it's a lunch rush deal with it" the customer says "excuse you?" Manger continues "You obviously see we have a long line, you're not the only F***** customer" I have a long line of family who have been in restraunts for MANY YEARS. If I were to ever talk to a customer like that, AND use Profanity, I would be fired no questions asked. If anyone is able to respond to this message I would gladly discuss the experience in depth.

Burger King hours of operation

My family and I wanted to dine at Burger King #9869 on 1100 5th St - Miami Beach - FL - 33139 last night.
We checked on their website and got the information that the restaurant was opened 24 hours a day (I have the screen shot).
Upon arrival at 9:52 PM we found the doors closed and could not have our planned dinner on Halloween, very unpleasant!
I believe my family is due for a Gift Coupon

Burger King my food and the lady at the window

I go through the drive thru window and order a 5 piece french toast she ask me was it a 3piece I had to tell her 3different times it was a5 piece I don't know if she was on drugs or she just didn't care but I was charged for a5 but got a 3 it was nine dollars and she didn't give me a receipt do to say I'm upset. I really think the lady was high on drugs you need better people or you gonna lose business. I also think for my inconvenience I should get some coupons

Burger King onion rings

I always forget why I don't like to patronize the burger king in Littlerock Ca. Until I drive through. Then my memories are refreshed.
They always cut corners with food such as not throwing out old food under the heat lamps because they're trying to save money.
In this instance, my onion rings were not fresh. If I had to guess, they were fried at least 35 minutes earlier.
Furthermore, they always stop the drive through at the first window and conduct all transactions there. One must assume it is to avoid the timer at the last window.

Burger King whopper temperature

I love your whoppers and if I go the drive thru at night the whoppers are always cold! I live in washington, pa the store is on jefferson avenue 15301.
Please find out why they are always cold! At night at drive thru and when you get a cold hamburger it sucks. It's my favorite hamburger. I have gone there a couple years an get cold burger's. I want a hot one please!

If you visit there in the future you may want to check to see if it is warm before you leave. That way if it is not then you can ask for a new one.

Burger King everything

The food was good it took 30 min to get a whopper and 10pc chicken nuggets, there are about 12 people waiting for food because the cooks are too slow. Everyone here us getting aggitated. I spoke with other people and they will be doing the same as i am. The employees are taking their time and being as slow as possible. Andrew is doing great it's Chris that is slow and seem usless. This burger king store number is 05780. I am not expecting to come back to this location again anytime soon.

Is it possible they were short staffed or had newly trained employees? Maybe someone was ill or had unexpectedly left? Also I'm not sure how you can make a decision based on who is or isn't a good worker simply based on thirty minutes of waiting for food.

Burger King both product and service

The breakfast menu wasn't up in drive thru
. I had to come inside and order the food was cold. The empolyee so unprofessional..
I order French toast piece only 3 and an #5
It was Cold and horrible. They was just standing around talking loud. If it was 9:59am but they been opened since 6am

Burger King bacon, sausage, egg and cheese biscuit

Hello.
I'm normally not one to complain when sauce, napkins, or anything else small is missing form my drive thru order.
But on October 30th I ordered a breakfast combo.
Upon eating it, I noticed the cheese wasn't even melted.
Then I bit into it, and the middle of the sandwich was cold, and the tater tots were cold.
Like I said, not one to complain, but this was very disappointing.
I have a long drive to work, so going back to the store to address this was not an option.

Burger King service

Every time I go to Burger King on Ashley St, they are always out of more than a few items! It's to the point where my family is starting to lose interest in even attempting to be a customer! I don't know if the manager is forgetting to order certain things or what, but a lot of people are experiencing this constant issue with the Ashley St location. In addition, the customer service is unprofessional when questioned as to why they never have items in stock. This happens weekly! We love Burger King but if this continues, we'll just have to start eating somewhere else.

Burger King value meal

I ordered the two cheeseburger small fry drink 3.49 meal told them no cheese on it. They told me I couldn't get it without cheese and charged me $2.00 for two burgers $1.99 for small drink and small fry. Since when and how does this happen was over charged almost $3.00. I never had a problem with this before. I asked to speak to a manger but he was not available and I was in the drive thru and didn't have time to argue with employee.

Burger King coffee and food

We like going to this location due to their service and Food freshness. However, the last few times we have bought breakfast their coffee both hot and iced has tasted rancid. I don't know if it's the coffee or the cream. The iced coffee just tasted like it was brewed in a garbage container. The hot coffee today had a very rancid, sour taste as if the container or machine hadn't been clean. Today, my kids and I didn't eat the tater crowns because they were cold and stake. It's as if this particular restaurant is slowly getting worse over the past 2 months.

Burger King burger king service

My husband. Myself and our three children all under 7 visited the Burger King in prior lake MN tonight. One other patron. An older lady that told me she only comes for coffee and to read the paper to get out of the house.
We got our food and everything was cold. Like it had been sitting. There were 4 workers that I seen. They all exited the building after they called us for our food. It was 33.00. Each of the four times I went up I had to call out for someone. Then a few minutes later I would see all 4 of them walk back in. I did video tape. The worker got aggressive and told me I can't tape him. After he waved and said hello in the video. When I asked what the problem was with. I people here not one person could give me an answer. I let them know they can't service me from outside. My speculation is they were smoking cigarettes and pot. I was given the finger and told they don't need my business. I told them clearly they do since the place is empty! The gal that claimed to be the manager told me to get my [censor] out of here or she would call the police. I told her that she probably should. When I went to leave she walked out to take my plate number. She then flipped me off! They criticized me telling me that I am a complainer. I was in the food industry for over 20 years! I would never treat anyone the way I was treated. Only trying to get someone to offer to rectify this wrong with my food. There was no apology. No let me get you something hot. Nothing. I was an inconviene to them. We never go to Burger King. My Donald's is closer if we treat our kids to fast food. I thought a change would be nice so i mentioned Burger King and we agreed. It truly is a shame. The police were called and explained the situation. Funny. He went back where they all gathered and the door that had been open for the hour we were there was closed. He told me that I was free to go and I think he was in disbelief that I was even there waiting on something so petty. I was verbally attacked and didn't even get a good hot meal or an apology. I forgot to mention. As I walked out there was a gentleman smoking a joint next to my car. One of the workers got into the car and left. I let him know that I seen him smoking weed and it's not okay. I had kids with me that witnessed this.

Burger King management

The management team at Oakview mall puts more pressure on one person than it does on the rest of the crew and this person has shown up on time through out the years he's been there, he's been busting his butt every day that I've known him, and even though he has some mental health issues, they fired him over one of them, (he tends to hear voices from time to time and he ended up doing something one of the voices told him to do), he tried to explain to them about what was going on with him but the D.M. told him that she didn't need mental issues in her business.
I am sorry but this is what discrimination is and I will not be going to any B.K.s owned by this Linda person who has a problem with people who have mental health issues!

Burger King service

The Burger King in Livonia, MI on Plymouth & Wayne roadneeds to shut down IMMEDIATELY; even after all the renovation. The service is completely HORRIBLE. The employees are extremely rude and beyond ignorant. They are loud, they curse in front of customers, and discuss they're personal issues (about their childs fathers) directly in front of you. Then they have the nerve to look like, why are you disturbing our conversation? Where's management? This is truly disturbing. I refuse to spend my hard earn money at this location ever again. As a matter of fact, I want everyone reading this to visit a different location so that you won't experience what I've experienced. #horrible

Burger King milkshakes and poor service

I just ordered 3 oreo shakes and they were disgusting. 2 of them tasted like strawberry which is not what was ordered. The other wasnt even mixed. Very disappointed. They need to watch what they are doing when there making them and pay attention to what they put in them. I could have been allergic to strawberry. Thank god im not but i wanted what i ordered not something different. Will not be going back to burger king. Very poor product and service. Assoiciates were rude as well. They should not be working if they dont like their job.

she refused my order said right to refuse my order bcuz she cant add 10 piece nuggets to my order when there was nobody behind me in the drive thru. She said it would be nice if i order all my stuff at once. I dont see why she do that. She slamed the door window closed an otger employee were looking at her like she was wrong. Then i went inside to tell her i want to complete my order she still refused an i wasnt rude at all she had to lie an say i told her to " take my [censor] money" first of all i dont speak like that in front of my kids nor do i talk like that to ppl. This lady isnt happy with her job she cussed at me yelled at me an called me names in front of the lobby ppl some left an drive thru was full she was standing there saying she owns burgerking shes the new owner. I have never seen a manager act like this bcuz i buy fast food perferably burgrking on the wknd spending 40$ shes the first person that has done this. She needs to be replaced wit someone who will care abt customer orders an make them feel like they had a good visit. She chased away lotsa ppl by her foul languages in front of her employee an kids in the lobby. She was rude an didnt even apologize. She looked intoxicated an not fit for her job duties. Please please find a diff manager whose happy to let us purchase food from burgerking without being rejected cuz we cant add 1 item to our order. She raises her voice at customers an we really feel that she is not entitle to give burgerking of page arizona the best customer service possible with her lazy, selfish attitude a GOOD PLACE to dine or take a family out.
