Burger King review: unethical behavior

My sister and I arrived at 9:24 pm Wednesday night to order 4 tacos total. As we were walking up to the door, an employee was just about to lock us out, even though the lobby is open until 10 pm. When we walked in, he and the manager were laughing about it and then proceeded to lock the doors, refusing entry to 2 other potential customers that tried to enter while we were there. We ordered 4 tacos no sauce and it took 9 minutes after our order was placed to get our tacos. There were 4 crew members and one manager that we could see and the boy making our tacos kept messing up and having to re-drop (ultimately forgetting one that was left sitting in the basket over the fryers which he then made and put in our bag, which was cold by the time he remembered where it was.) The manager did not know what tacos were for drive thru or the front even though they were clearly placed and smelled like marijuana (probably why she was so clueless the entire time) We will not be going back and I will be telling everyone I know and work with about what happened.
