Burger King review: unattentiveness to orders, delayed drive through

I go to the store on bluelakes blvd in twin falls idaho pretty regularly! I love the iced coffee! It is a big hit for me. I do not however appreciate waiting in the drive through to place an order for five minutes, nor do I appreciate waiting in the drive through line for 10-20 minutes depending on whether or not my order is ready when I get to the window. The order of my food is usually wrong. I do not eat cheese and I order it without cheese every time and the receipt states no cheese however, there is usually cheese on the item I order. My coffee I order as a large, and it always comes as a small. After I have repeated my order 2-3 times to the individuals at the store. The other twin falls location is quick and efficient but I do not always have time to go there. This is very disappointing to me as I spend plenty of money at these stores almost daily.
