We bought beacon kings king in Arcadia (pretoria) at Beatrix Street burger king opposite southern sun hotel at 11:30am on the 10th of October 2026, the chips are smelling old oil and bacon was raw. The other thing the place was also noisy at Pretoria and the staff is also not friendly with no toilets. This meal, we know it very well because we always buy it at Jean Avenue burger king.

Claimed loss: R255, for waste because the food is not well cooked and we had to put them in a rubbish bin.

Desired outcome: Require a refund or collect my food in centurion burger kings, i know their food is excellent there.
