Burger King review: survey

I was given a receipt with a survey that I wanted to complete, but first of all, the receipt misspelled "experience". The web address that it has is www.mybkexeperience.com
After several attempts, I realized that it was misspelled. Secondly, I was never able to complete the survey because it said that the information that I submitted was not correct. Here is the survey code "[protected]-090548". I think there should only be 20 digits and there's 21.
