Burger King is my favorite place to get ice cream cones and shakes. I recently visited the new one just opened in Nokomis. We ordered four shakes. First off it took over 15 minutes to get them. Then the taste was not consistant to what it should be. I asked for a refund and manager did that but with no apology or thank you or smile. So...I won't be visiting that location again. Doesn't make you think positive about Burger King in general. Thanks for listening and hopefully this doesn't fall on deaf ears.
