Burger King review: Overcharged and order not right

I went to BK in Renton, WA on Sunset ave.
I ordered a bacon & swiss royal chicken, and a Whopper w/ cheese.
Charge on my card was almost $18 for two sandwiches, which I don't think was what was reflected on the menu board.
When I got home, the chicken sandwich was a dried up piece of chicken smaller than the little bun it was on (far from 'royal')... and the whopper sandwich had NO cheese, NO pickles, and 1 paper thin slice of onion.
This is not the first time that I have had troubles with ingredients being missing, but charged for at this location!
I will be informing everyone I can not to bother going to this location anymore!

Desired outcome: I would at least like this location to be informed how far off the mark they are, and that their lack of focus or laziness is driving away their business.
