I am Regular visitor of BK Pakistan operated by MCR Pakistan, I love Whooper beef Sandwich and steakhouse, but unfortunately from last six years the products and services have gone drastically down, Initially things were missing like Cheese and Sundae Ice cream, later tissue papers, straws, BK sauces and ice cream shakes were not available, unfortunately from last one week not a single branch of Karachi Pakistan is having any beef products, shakes, sundae, Icecream, cheese and BK sauce . Despite making lot of compliments to BK Pakistan no action is being taken and now every time I visit BK employee have to cut sorry figure on behalf of Management.

This was the worst experience on 7-24-2019 I had gone into Burger King. I seen two people with white shirts and an employee sitting at a booth talking, well the bald guy with glasses started yelling and slamming his hand down at the table. It was hard to hear exactly what was said between the 3 but he sounded very rude. The poor girl was crying and being disrespected.. The other gentleman that was with them was also crying and being disrespected, I feel a manager should never treat an employee or another manager like that. At that time they had a lobby full of guests with small children. That was very Unprofessional and disrespectful! Were trying too eat not hear a grown man bang on tables yelling like that it's not the place for a wrestling match with a table visit was very unpleasant

On July 23rd 2019 at approximately 6pm, I ordered a mushroom bacon whopper with coke cola soda at the Burger King store # ono n462 6736, located on 1443 juyeop 2 dong close to the Juyeop subway station line 3. An hour later, I had sudden severe diarrhea that had feces stained my underwear, jean and shoes. I went back to the Burger King store immediately and reported the incident to the store manager Seo Kyo Won who gave me his store number and email contact.

Dear Burger King,
You had the M&M milkshake out for awhile and they became my favorite obsession. I would almost crave them daily. It had the right amount of M&M crunchage and mixed perfect with vanilla ice cream. The best feeling was trying to suck up the pieces in the straw and sometimes it's get a little stuck but then clear and you'd get a big chocolatey chunk. Now for some reason you replaced it with twix! I understand Twix itself is a good candy bar. But it does not pair well with the milkshake like M&Ms and I'm deeply upset by this. Why did M&M have to go? Bring it back please!

My whopper wrapper (inside) was covered with this thin white plastic like material. It was also on my sandwich that i ate half of. Clearly more material than could possibly be accidentally dropped on there. I want to know if there is any material like this in your store (cleaning supplies etc...). I have saved some of this and hope that I do not get sick or die. This was about 30 minutes ago. I do not want any free food. I will never eat at BK again. I want to know what you fed me and am considering having it tested.

Ordered a whopper jr with cheese and ketchup as the only sauce through your drive thru along with a meal for my husband. Not only where we not given a reviept so i could call and give a specific store location number but my whopper jr was slathered in mayonnaise. Despite this location being MAYBE a year old, it frequently messes up our orders and seriously makes us reconsider eating at your chains anymore despite being the closest restaurant to our house.

Bought a couple of Burger King tacos, the commercial made them look yummy! Boy was I wrong! Those were the nastiest tacos, well I only ate half of one, so nasty taco!
The meat was so full of filler that it was a paste, the lettuce was the gross white bitter part that is close to the core and what green lettuce that was in it was soppy. The shell was chewy and as an afterthought some taco sauce was squirted in one end. I ate mabe 1/2 of one taco put it down and called the Burger King from which it was purchased, chewed out the manager and just sat in disbelief. I've always been a fan of BK but this taco fiasco has me doubting my loyalty! Please cut bait and run before your reputation is ruined forever🤢

I went to get the new tacos they were old and soggy. I took them back got 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 onions ring they were old as well. Will not go back again a waste of my money. The taco were old lettuce was brown. The chicken was old, dry and cold. The onion rings were old and soggy full of grease. The food should have be correct the first time. I have waste gas to bring it back and get the same service that's not right. That location is horrible!

WhY, AFTER so much effort has been made to produce paper straws in the UK - for example Macdonalds are using paper straws.

So why are you still using plastic? In the face of world pressue you are littering the ocean with single use plastic.

Upon ordering my breakfast I asked to speak to the GM OF THE store in longview about the lack of a bike rack.. She informed me that most fast-food restaurants in long view don't have them. I told her that Mc donalds have them as well as Carl's Jr. Jack on the box and burgerville. You afford plenty of parking for cars but are very cavalier when it comes to providing safe bike parking for your cycling customers.my number is [protected] David. 15th in longview washington is the store location.

There is a manager, her nametags says Keisha, and she is very rude when taking orders. She always has an I-dont-care attitude. I have noticed multiple times where she will be socializing with friends while the rest of the crew is working hard all by their selves. She also talks down to a lot of her crew members and seems to always have a negative attitude. I really don't think she should be a manager, considering she does not seem to be manager material at all. She is not considerate towards customer, she curses a lot, treats her crew like garbage and expects them to do everything by themselves without any help from her, and she always seems to have a stuck up attitude, plus she locks the doors 15-20 minutes before closing time. I love the food and all the other crew members are very respectful. But if I have to keep dealing with her, I might just start going somewhere else to eat.
