Burger King the general manager the area director and an employee

I walked in to order a meal and it was hectic I noticed they were being slammed with very little communication a older black woman in the kitchen from what I heard was very vulgar and telling her managers she doesnt have to listen or "do a [censored] thing" she wasnt being helpful and was actually making it far more difficult... A black heavier set male manager was in the lobby eating while there was chaos behind the counter he told them he didnt "have to help" this store is falling apart due to some bad employees and I believe this needs to be corrected I am not complaining about the store itself but on some of the employees in particular I do not have video or photo evidence as I was not worried about it at the time but im sure employees that worked this day friday july 19th can verify my allegations

Burger King store was dirty

I have never been to any fast food restaurant that was so dirty. Every trash bin was over flowing, there was not one cleaned off table in whole store, it took 20 minutes to get a kids meal and whopper meal. I live here and have been to this place over the past 4 years and have never been so grossed out by dirtiness like that. My family will not be back here again.

Burger King taco as advertised on tv

my wife stopped about 1 week ago and ordered five (5) tacos for our supper and the person at the drive-thru window didn't know they had tacos. She had to go ask someone if they had them. Well, they made them and put them in a bag and my wife came home. When I opened the bag for us to eat, the tacos had nothing on them but a little of what comes on them when heated. There was no lettuce, etc. and the tacos appeared to be cooked to long as they were real crisp and stuck together at the top and flat as a pancake. I eat at several Burger Kings on west and east hundred road and always get good food from them as ordered. Ive only eaten at this store several times and the food at the other restaurants is a lot better. Thsi Burger King is not really a good representation of your product and that is the reason for this complaint.
I think you have the best burgers out there and I thought you would want to know about this. (No refund necessary and I will continue to eat at your restaurants, except this one.

Burger King missing food

I went to your store and ordered 41.55 in food was miss my 3 orders of mozzarella sticks. Tried to call the store no one answers. It took almost a half hour to get my doos just to be shorted. Now I am out 5.07. It late too tired to go back and get it. Will try to go and talk to the manager I'm the morning. I ordered at 9:30. My order number was 348.

Burger King not giving us the food we ordered

We have gone to this burger king numerous times because we live nearby. The last few times they have shorted us on our food, given us the wrong food, argued with us about how much food we were supposed to get on a coupon. It's been terrible service. Today we ordered the coupon code 9330 for 2 large fries and 40 nuggets. We wait for nuggets to be made and drive away with one large fry and 20 nuggets

Burger King burger king tacos

I just tried your tacos . I live in Savannah Ga . I love tacos but you can't call these tacos. If you aren't going to put meat in them you should advertise that it's beans not meat. The shells were so hard it hurt my teeth . I ordered four and I only ate one cause I couldn't eat them . They were truly awful . I would rather have a frozen burrito. That's bad, really bad. Burger King salad ordered was only iceberg lettuce.

We ate at the BK in Clinton IA on 7/15 or 7/16 2019. It was the one on the Lincoln Highway. I ordered a club salad and they told me they were out of cheese, I said that was okay. What I got was a large bowl of chopped iceberg lettuce with three slivers of tomato. I thought you had a terrible salad on your menu, but when we got back to our hotel my husband looked it up and found it was supposed to have several more yummy ingredients, we didn't even get a crouton. Some people need to be retrained!

Burger King manager eric

Came in to get something to eat and was totally shocked at how down hill this place has become. I was sitting in lobby when out of the back office, Eric comes out to front desk and starts going off on the crew members. He was telling one team member to " hurry up and get his [censored]ing head set back on, Jesus Christ how many times I gotta tell ya that." Then turns around said, "now what the [censored] am I going to do ? I had one guy call in and another [censored]ing quit ." I spoke up and said if I was talked to that way I would quit to . He just looked at me and headed back to his office. There were little kids in the play area, and other people in the lobby. I can't believe managers at this establishment can cuss like this, and treat their employees like crap. This is not the first time something like this has happened. It happens almost daily. My family has also been in here when certain managers come in smelling like weed and start yelling at crew members. Other times we have seen then get mad and go off on crew members and start throwing things while they are cutting that employee or employees down. This is horrible! Something really needs to be done to fix the management here and the moral.

Burger King tacos

you should take them off of the menu! ours were little to nothing when it comes to the product inside the taco. on one, no sauce, no cheese and 3 small pieces of lettuce. another, hardly any meat filling, no cheese and 4 small pieces of wilted lettuce. if i wanted greasy chips, i could go to the nearest taco dive. apparently there is NO quality control! shame on you burger king for putting out such poor food!

Burger King new taco product

I bought 3 of these tacos last night, which were barely edible! Besides being so greasy, which I somewhat expected, there was nothing in the taco shell except a little meat, little lettuce, and a little bit of picante-type sauce thrown on the middle of it. No cheese, no tomotoe, at all!

I realize it was only $1, as a promotion, but there was so little of anything on it, that the shells very well touched each other, pretty much along the length of the taco.

How would this example of your new product entice anyone to buy more?

I thought the Roeland Park Burger King restaurant's version of their new tacos was probably a fluke?...but not really!

I decided to try their restaurant close to my home...on Rainbow Blvd, at about 40th, Kansas City, KS. I was again very disappointed!

The slight improvements consisted of a smidgen of cheese and perhaps slightly more meat? I took photos this time and will try to upload. I just can't see how the restaurant staff would really expect anyone to buy the
this new "taco" product ever again? I won't!

Burger King service not fulfilled, long wait, rudeness of the person calling himself the manager

This is not the first time we have been treated badly by this specific person (calling himself the manager). We went on the drive through Sunday 07/14 around 10 PM - First of all we stayed 10 minutes with no one even saying to hold on, finally we were saying :"hello, hello" and my husband honked the horn because it sounded dead- Someone came very loudly saying that he is alone and when we do that it will make him more upset and will leave us more. Honestly we weren't doing anything except that we wanted to check if someone is working and will be helping us soon. The worker came back and said "What do you want" instead of how can I help you for example. My daughter start placing the order (it was nuggets and 2 sundaes), the worker said " I am not doing the sundaes, I am alone", he said it very rudely. I honestly was so shocked on how he was talking to us and the way we were treated. I normally don't complaint but this was above and beyond the lowest customer service ever !

Burger King store and corporate management

Whereas, upon placing a digital order via Burger King's, iPod app, I was perplexed and astonished at the lack of customer service, digital interface between stores and corporate input. Henceforth, it is unwaivering that both the stores and corporate entity are substandard and an abomination.

Whereas, I ordered three items to be prepaid and picked up via a drive through facility at the aforementioned address (copies, screen shots and corporate Website instructions follow).

Therefore, upon arrival, I told my order number to the person that speaks via a box in a drive through area. The commencement of issues are indicated below

• The staff did not recognize a digital order, henceforth, order number 4 met with initial resistance, albeit my credit card was charged.

• I was directed to proceed to a, "window." Upon arrival, I was told, they no longer carry the item (albeit on the Burger King Website, the drive through ordering display, prominently highlighted) and my credit card.

• I politely asked to simply return the item and or my purchase to my credit card which resulted in a heated conversation shouted among employees, whereby, the final verdict was returns cannot be processed.

• The person who worked at the, "window" briefly left and returned explaining they had, "found the item."

• Next, this person asked me to pull to the front of the building (I immediately felt unsafe and knew it was a violation of vehicular law.). Nevertheless, I was confident I could explain to the Police what was amiss.

• After the abridged version of perplexing oddity indicated above, after the .25 mile drive home I discovered the order was incorrect.

• I tried to fill out the digital survey but Burger King corporate did not include the aforementioned on digital drive through receipts. One can visit 12+ such Websites, however, one cannot get in without answering the first question, input store number.

I plan to call anybody I can get a hold of tomorrow a Burger King.

Unfortunately, one cannot post all the photographic errors here but I hope to find out where.

Burger King taco/service

Went to this burger king tonight and the teens that were working were so unprofessional (one ran out the back door like they were playing/chasing him. From the order taker and money taker to the person who handed out our order hardly could acknowledge us. If this were all I get teen attitude BUT ordered your new taco and it had no more than a spoonful of meat, 3little pieces of wilted lettuce and no cheese at all. It was awful! Never going back at night with teens who couldn't care less!

Burger King tacos, whoppers, and mozzarella sticks

We just ate at the Birger King I. Lincolnway in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After waiting 20+ minutes for our meal for 4, the food was horrific. My mozzarella sticks were obviously VERY old, cold, and possibly rotten. Our whoppers were cold. Very cold, and the tacos...all I can say is they were inedible. I've attached photos, but I wanted to share with you how bad this place has deteriorated over last year. I also want to add that your staff were bickering and arguing. This is the second time we've had a poor experience lately. I'm sad because we can only afford to eat out every few months, and it's a huge disappointment to get cold and disgusting food.

Burger King crispy chicken sandwich, whopper, chicken fries, chicken nuggets

My wife and children went to this BK to have dinner. My son's crispy chicken sandwich and my daughters chicken fries were overcooked, badly. My wife brought me home a Whopper meal with cheese and a 10 piece nugget. The whopper had no cheese and the chicken nuggets were uncooked in the middle, you can tell they were not shaken while cooking. I found one nugget that was cooked. When I tasted it I immediately knew the fryer oil hadn't been changed for some time. I have cooked for a living for many years and never have I put out a product this horrible.

Burger King food and service

me and my family I a burger king family up to last night we went the food was horeandous and when we complained no one in management would even acknowledge our issue until something is resolved me and my family will not be spending our hard earned money if you as a company wont, stand behind your product you tell me what you can do to make it right we had a huge order it was like, 48, dollars worth

Burger King bacon egg and cheese sandwich

Just purchased this sandwich from the Burger King in Cramerton right in front of food lion. I took a bite of the sandwich and it has mold in it. Called to the store to inform them and was told they make the sandwiches everyday as if it can't be true. Going to take it back up there but something must be done. I have photos and a receipt. I need to have this problem resolved. Someone or myself could end up very sick.

Burger King tea (unsweetened) & taco

Your tea is totally tasteless and your NEW Taco is poorly done. The shell is nasty, the taco is too spicey (should be more bland with option to spice with flavor packet). The burger in the $4 Meal Deal was disappointing as well. I will go to Rally's from now on for the 4 for $3 Meal Dea. Tired of being disappointed every time I go to Burger King.

Burger King tacos

Purchased taco just to try it and it was not good. It was not fresh like it is in the advertising. The taco I was sold was pressed together and had dry hard edge. The taco meat was not ground beef but taste and looked liked pressed meat from a tube.

Big disappointment.

Let Taco Bell sell tacos. Burger King should stick to burgers and chicken sandwiches.

Burger King ran out of tacos

I love Burger King and have always been satisfied with the service and food. I just wanted to let you know that I was so looking forward to the new tacos after my shift and I pulled into the long drive thru line and ordered into the speaker. The worker told me they had sold out of tacos and had no more. I was so sad. I couldn't back out of the drive thru because there were cars behind me so I had to wait til the front cars passed through. Nobody's fault, but I just wanted to let you know that I was super bummed.
