Burger King review: mobile refund

Ordered milkshake online mobile order. Paid online. Went to restaurant, was told "machine's broken" refused to give me a refund. Offered me a soda. The employee working told me I was getting no shake, no refund, and I could go complain about it online. Here I am. Disgraceful. Appalling. The most substandard customer service ever displayed before. A pack of thieves and liars. Good luck with clowns like these working for you.
