Buffalo Wild Wings broken glass in glass of beer

Date of Incident: Sat Nov 2nd.
We ordered a pitcher of beer, a hamburger, fries and chips with dip.
My son, finished almost his full beer when he felt something in his mouth. He reached in to retrieve the object which ended up being a large piece of glass. We looked in the glass he was drinking from and saw additional pieces of glass. It is apparent that he could have swallowed small pieces but thank god not the large piece. We notified the Manager who then apologized but didn't offer to take care of our meal until I asked. We continued to stay and have a few more drinks as we were there to watch the fights. The Manager only agreed to take care of the meal and not our drinks. When asked to take care of the full bill he declined stating he only agreed to take off some money for the food. We ended up paying 20.00 of our bill which in my opinion we should not have had to pay anything. The cost is really not a big deal, but more importantly if my son would have swallowed this piece of glass, we would have needed to go to ER and most likely surgery would have followed. I just thought it important to bring it to corporate's attention. It may be noted, he initially had some blood in his spit when he went to check to see if he was bleeding. So far, he seems to be OK and the Manager did take down his name and number in case medical care will be needed. Attached is the piece of glass that was found in his mouth. I am requesting the name of your insurance company in case a claim would need to be filed.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

We were at a baseball tournament in Linden. In between games I took my sons team of 17yr olds (15 of them) to BWW for lunch. We sat down at 11:30am, and told the server, manager and hostess that we needed to leave at 2pm to drive to Staten Island for the championship game. All orders were placed by 11:50am. Waiting for food at 12:30, I asked the status of our meal, I was told by the served she was going to check. I asked again at 1pm, 1:30pm and 1:45pm. It is now 1:55 and 1/2 of our order came out, ICE COLD. The person who brought us the food said it was sitting in the window for over an hour. It was sent back because it was too cold to eat. I asked where the other half was and they said it was being worked on. We had to leave at 2 to to the game. So we had zero food to eat in 2 1/2 hours. I have been in the business for 30 years and was never treated that way, nor would I ever treat anyone who comes into my restaurant in such a way. Very poor customer service and I even had to pay for the drinks the kids had for that period of time. I asked to speak to the manager, they said he was too busy to come talk to me. Very disappointing visit to your restaurant.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

on Sat 11/2/19 I and a group of friends went in to the Buffalo wild wings for a little b day get together. We arrived a little after 4, the serves when we arrives was on point, that was until alittle before 7 when we done eating andwhere ready to get our bill and leave, because we had a sitter at home and needed to home around 7:30-8:00 pm. We have to travel close to a hour to get to wild wings and back. so around 7 when he had not seen our server for a good 25 mins someone in my party went up to the bar and asked if they could find our server to get our bill. she did and when out server came over in about 10 mins after we asked, she wanted to know if there was anything else she could get and I asked for the bill. She can back with the bill another few mins later dropped checks off and was gone again. I noticed that there was was a manager walking around so we went up to him and asked if he could take out checks because we there getting upset and running late. He informed us that we had to pay server and that he would get her. then he informed us that she would right over she was helping a table of 15.
I'm Very Dissapointed that wild wings does not let their managers take money and help customers, I have been in the retail business and Always thought that Managers where their to help where they could. The point of this complaint is that the whole process of getting and paying for my meal took Well OVER A HOUR!
I like wild wings but I AM NOT traveling a hour for Bad Service.
I WAS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED on this Vist

Buffalo Wild Wings street tacos

My wife and I come to BWW for the beer, wings and friendly service. But what happened, we have always enjoyed the street tacos but what happened to the size? Before my wife would get one and I would get one plus wings to split. But now this is almost embarrassing to recommend to family and friends.

Is this just an anomaly at this location or are they all this small now? We're very sad about this...

Buffalo Wild Wings Service was awful

The service is terrible... I tried two locations in tampa wesley chapel and ybor. I usually go to ybor but because I usually get ignored, no refills, a million hours to get the check, another twenty for them to take the bill. It is usually a bad experience so I tried wesley chapel that wasnt great either the lady wouldn't give us our change from paying and kept it as her tip even though I had separate money for that she automatically took the money and wouldnt give us our money back and then she wouldn't let us order what we want because she told us it would be cheaper if we ordered a small instead of snack size wings which isnt true. So that's the back story I went to ybor location last night and I ordered for both me and my friend and said I want one order of snack size wings and she wants one order. We both want one order of snack size wings. We get our food first before drinks but ok that's fine I get the food and we each have twenty wings on the plate and immediately call the waiter to tell him this isn't our order but he assures us it is. We say no we only ordered two snack wings and he said that's what u have. Mind u it's buy one get one free day. I said no in total there should be 16 wings and he said no u each get 16. I'm like but there's 20 on my plate and he ignored me. I said I don't want to pay for this many wings I only ordered a snack size and he said that is what u have. My friend goes we only want two sets of wings not 4 this is 4 orders and he said no you both got a snack size. But we didn't because we had 4 orders in front of us. And I kept trying to explain to him it was wrong. We finally give up and eat the wings and we had so many leftovers because we said it was too many and that's why we ordered the snack size. The bill comes and low and behold the charge was for 28 dollars and i'm like no way! 28 dollars how? Oh because he charged us each for a snack size but we only wanted two all together. So once again we try to explain to him the issue and finally call a manager to get better luck. But no the manager was on the same page and said if we're to order I was supposed to only order one snack size and my friend was supposed to order nothing. I said we do this all the time we always come here and order the same way and tell the wait staff that we only want two all together. I just couldn't figure out how to tell this man we only needed two all together he didn't get it. I never been so frustrated in my life. None of these people understood what we are talking about. Then I used my rewards points for our drinks and only one came off so I waisted 300 pts on nothing. I was so mad because even before we ate the food we politely asked if we could just eat the one plate so we don't get overcharged but no he assured us that what we wanted but I even told him nooo that's way to much food. Even my friend said is this going to buy one get one. She points to me and said she buys one and I get one right and he said right. Then at the end he said if we wanted to do it like that that we had to order on one check. This made me mad considering I ordered for both of us on one check, he was literally making things up at this point searching for ways to make it for him to be right. I hope this made sense and you can see I wasn't trying to get free food I ended up giving the leftovers to the homeless because I can only eat the snack size not however much I had. I even told him this is way to much food please understand this isn't what I wanted but noooooo. Attached is the reward that didn't come off at checkout. Buffalo Wild Wings service and or food

We spend atleast once a week at bdubs but we havent been coming due to lack of good service and lac of decent food. Today was the last straw im not much of a complainef but we were seated then ignored for 15-20 min had to get up n get someone chips were chewy and greasy cheese tasted funky n waitresses had attitudes like im the problem?. This is the second time ive been in here and got nad service last time i ordered wings n called at 4:45 and didnt recieve them till 5:20. I understand its not fast food but i called ahead.

Went for lunch about 1:30 on 10/30 Food was a little slow but not terrible, seen waitress once ask for box she bought the box and never retrurned with the check..finally went to register there was not 1 waitress on the floor or in the bar, stood at register for a good 4 mins and no one came out people behing us just left . but boy were they having a good time in the back laughing and dropping the F bomb for anyone to hear I was finally fed up and yelled in the back for service...Ridiculious customer service

Buffalo Wild Wings service-awful

My family and I have been dining at this restaurant for years with lovely service and memories. This particular location hosts the University of Alabama Alumni Orange County Chapter every Saturday during football season and it has become one of our favorite things to do as a family. We have been attending these games, at this location for 3 seasons and never had a bad experience until this past weekend. Once we (my family, including: my fiance, my two children, 9yo & 10yo, myself) arrived I was greeted by a very rude woman claiming to be a manager. She started the conversation by saying, "you aren't welcome here and need to leave." I asked why, she responded "because you skipped out on a tab." I have NEVER done this. I am an upstanding citizen, a nurse and mother, my fiance is a Vet! She starred blankly and repeated "well the people you were with did. So you aren't welcome here." I explained that IF that is true, how would that be an issue for me and my family? Again, we have been dining here for years and never had an issue. I even offered to show her my bank statement from the dates she claimed my company walked out on their bills, to show I in-fact DID pay! She stood firm, humiliating myself and my family, my children were upset and we had to leave in front of a group of friends we have known for several years now. Our family tradition is now ruined, I am offended and honestly we are hurt. Service has been wonderful until this woman, Melissa Brown, humiliated my family.

Buffalo Wild Wings feathers on wings

When my son checked in on the app he noticed all of his points have been used. We live in Idaho and his points were completely used from a North Carolina Restaurant. He was hacked! The manager is great and is checking into this issue. The icing on the cake is when We Took some left over wings home to find feathers on some of them. A few is reasonable but this amount is absolutely disgusting! As a cook who wouldn't notice this and still serve it. Unacceptable!

it was me and my two other friends first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and we were excited. When we sat down our server Brian greeted us with a unhappy tone. He seemed like he didn't want to be there. So we ordered our food and got our drinks. When the food came they forgot my fries so I then had to wait long for them. When they came it tasted stale. Brian hadn't come by to check in on us the whole time we were eating he only came by to give us the bill. And we had empty drinks. I was almost going to ask another server for help. Which I shouldn't have to do. Brian was helping a big table which I get can be a lot but you should still check in on your other tables! And I know me and my friends are young but I feel that we should be treated as anyone else it's not right to discriminate on age. We didn't tip only because he gave us terrible service. Will not be coming back to any location

Buffalo Wild Wings wings

Gave me undercooked wings tried to call the store never got an answer. Couldn't even eat my food I paid 22$ including tips! This is ridiculous and a big waste of my money. I ordered online so I only have a emailed receipt of my order. I don't feel like these people value my service at all and I'm very disappointed will not be going back to this establishment.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

On Thursday, the 10th, my friend and I came to the Petaluma BWW for dinner. We are Blazin Rewards members and are frequent fliers at this location. My friend's power was out and she drove from Santa Rosa in order to get a hot meal at your restaurant because she hadn't had much to eat that day. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed in the service that we received during this visit. If this were typical, we would probably never return.

We sat in the bar area, as we usually do. We were not acknowledged for at least 20 minutes. As we got up to leave, the bartender finally came over and apologized. Hesitantly, we decided to stay and he took our drink order (waters). We also ordered, as we did not know when he might be back to take our food order. I ordered a chicken sandwich, with the spicy garlic sauce on the side.

When the food came, which was in a reasonable amount of time, a waitress (someone different than the man who took our order) gave us our food and I noticed that my spicy garlic sauce was not there. I asked her for it, as well as for ketchup, and she told me that I would need to ask my waiter. At this point, I'm not happy, and I told her that I did not know when I would see another waiter, so she did go and get the sauce for me, begrudgingly.

Once we finished our meal, we again, waited an extremely long time for the bill and for boxes for the remaining food we did not finish. Nobody ever came. I went searching for to-go boxes myself, looking in cabinets in the corner of the restaurant to no avail. I walked out of the bar area towards the seating area and found 2 waiters talking near the kitchen. I asked for boxes and they looked at me as though I had three heads. I again asked if they had boxes because I wanted to leave. He gave me boxes and I went back to my table. Still no bill. Eventually, we had to walk to the counter where they sell sauce bottles, etc. and ask someone to get our bill for us.

Needless to say, this was the absolute worst service I have EVER experienced at BWW…possibly anywhere. I am not one to blast companies on social media/yelp, etc, but I do think that this needs to be addressed. As I said previously, if this were typical of this restaurant, I would absolutely NEVER return. I hope that my next visit will prove to be a more successful one.

Buffalo Wild Wings customer service

The customer service at this location was horrendous. We were never provided with napkins, we were never checked on to see how our food was. The waitress never came to fill our waters the during the entire meal. The only time we saw our waitress again was when she came to give us the check after we had to ask someone else to find her for us because we had been sitting at the table for over 20 minutes after we finished our meal just waiting for the bill. She had an attitude and was rude toward us. We had asked for "to go" containers for our leftovers which she never brought out to us. I have never had such bad service at any restaurant I had ever been to before.

Further more this incident caused me so much stress. I was so angry that what happened that I took my anger out on my mother. I slapped her hard across the face and punched her. Now she is considering pressing charges against me.

What did this just turn into?! My mother passed away of cancer just a few months ago and I would NEVER have taken out my anger on her; especially like that! This is very devastating.

Buffalo Wild Wings service

On 10/15/19 at 6:33 PM I sat down at the BWW in Atlanta airport. Waited on by Jasmine! My meal was over I ask Jasmine for change of a $20.00 so I could leave her a cash tip. She gave me a $10.00, $5.00 and five $1.00's. My bill came to $48.11 with tax. Imagine my shock when it processed she decided to give herself extra tip of 10%. $52.67 was the processed amount. I did not leave this amount... since I KINDLY left her more than 20% with a $10.00 CASH tip.

I have called the Atlanta BWW 2 times and spoken to managers (supposedly) and they've both promised to call me back but have received no call.

I expect my total amount credited since it seems to be the practice to allow employees to steal from people!

Buffalo Wild Wings blazin reward program

I had frequented BWW for several years, and was a loyal member of their rewards program. Over the course of this time, I had worked my rewards account up to 23, 000 points (over $200 in value). And then...one day...my account just vanished. I was unable to log in, and all my points were gone. I attempted to contact BWW on their website and by other means, but no one would respond to me. No explanation...no correspondence...no reply...HORRIBLE. How do you treat long term customers like this?

Buffalo Wild Wings problem with parking

I am writing in regards to an incident that occured at your restaurant in Fresno. On Saturday, October 12 I drove into your parking lot in my Chevy Suburban with seven cross country athletes in my car. We are from Canyon High School about 250 miles away. We were planning on eating at the Dog House Grill which was across the street. There was no parking and so we entered their Wild Wings lot. There were signs in different locations of the lot that said where we couldn't park. We found a row in the back corner of the lot that did not have the no parking signs. We parked there and of course when we came out the car was gone. We saw two security guards hiding between cars. It was obvious that they hide and call the tow company when someone falls for the trick of the row of parking spots with no parking signs. We talked to the security guards and they said that they are just there to protect the tow truck drivers and that the manager in the restaurant watches on camera and then makes the call. Now if I parked illegally, I should pay. Maybe not the $417 that I was charged, but maybe a $50 ticket? The concerning part is that the security guards saw that I had seven kids with me and still towed my car. I had to leave those kids alone while I took an Uber to go pay my $417 to get my car. What a joke! A scam, a sting operation whatever you want to call it. I know you aren't going to care or do anything about it, but Buffalo Wild Wings should be ashamed of themselves. What an embarrassment for you to treat people this way. Thank you for putting my kids in jeopardy, and for clearly tricking me into wasting $417.

i placed an order as usually on my traditional buffalo wings with extra sauce.. this restaurant is the closest to my house.. still 20 mins drive.. i didn't think i had the need to check my order.. as soon as i got home.. those wings were dried like super dried.. i went back and told them.. they just throw a bunch of sauce on top of them and gave them back to me... i don't mind paying almost $26.00 every other week for them.. but i do expect to get my food done the right way.. this service was terrible...

Buffalo Wild Wings service and complaint resolution

I decided to frequent Buffalo Wild Wings because it is a clean corporate environment where families are welcome. I'm a professional who enjoys watching sports and enjoying a meal and drink in the evening. However, the more times I frequented the bar, the more I noticed a pattern of rudeness, poor service and hostility. After being ignored on one occasion I logged on to the corporate website "Guest Feedback Survey" & sent in a description on 9/15/19. Essentially, my requests to be served had been ignored and I overpaid by leaving cash since I was not provided the bill following initial service. I left frustrated. I checked the box on the form requesting to be contacted. Unfortunately, I was never contacted, but upon my return I noticed the server in question was absent.

Since that time I have continued my visits at least twice a week to watch sports at the bar and I have had occasion to send in two additional Guest Feedback Surveys after witnessing altercations at the bar & receiving poor service due to the distractions. Each time I checked the box on the form requesting to be contacted. I was contacted in response to one of the three Guest Feedback Surveys by the local Manager. When I described the poor service and altercations I had witnessed the Manager admitted that she was not entirely aware as she primarily worked the day shift. She also indicated that she thought the problems I was describing had improved recently. She referred me to District Leader. I have sent three emails to the District Leader and spoken to him twice regarding the issues and I was led to believe that all of my communications were confidential.

However, on 10/3/19, I was chastised by my bartender for being a "Snitch" as he was clearly aware of my complaints. Additionally, he accused me of harassment toward the servers and Manager. He asked me why I keep returning to the bar. Then he flipped me off as he was leaving at the end of his shift. I sent an email to the District Leader & filed the 3rd of my Guest Feedback Surveys; neither of which has been responded to. In my email, I asked if my service was no longer welcome as a result of the bartenter's suggestion.

Without any response, I called the District Leader prior to going to the restaurant on 10/7/19 and he advised that he had been on vacation and I should contact the Manager. I called the restaurant and was advised the Manager was off. I spoke with an Assistant Manager and was advised that if the bartender did not want to serve me that I would not be served. Not knowing, I came into the bar and the Assistant Manager advised the bartender was uncomfortable serving me. I was not surprised because it was my first encounter with the bartender since my 9/15/19 complaint about her. The Assistant Manager proceeded to personally serve me thru the evening as none of the three bartenders on duty approached me.

I remain curious if my service is welcome at the restaurant. I have always been overly polite and tipped well but often frustrated due to frequent poor service and dealings. It seems inappropriate to allow this to continue under the circumstances and I desire positive resolution of the events I've described without further discomfort or complaint. However, having spoken to multiple managers and communicated in writing a number of times, I am at a loss. I've considered not returning but dont believe that events to date deserve such a result at a well known corporate restaurant.

That place sucks... they ALL suck. I used to deliver food for a few different GrubHub type of services and Buffalo Wild Wings was always a pain in the [censored]. Their food sucks too... it's deep fried [censored] bathed in various sugarsalt and oil sauces.

You'd be better off finding a new place. The gigantor corporate model is dying... that's why BWW bought Arby's. Make a big Corp and they're pretty much all doing the same things... the plantations are drying up and the slave masters are dying.

Find a good family owned joint with a TV or better yet... use your tablet or phone or... you could just talk to your family.

Buffalo Wild Wings sandwich/cleanliness/service

on sunday oct. 5th, went to wild wing to watch ny giant game. was given a booth, and was informed by staff that the mess left on floor by previous customer was to be cleaned up. After two rs. debris was still there. Mt waitress was not very friendly, di not provide flatware, water, or even menu. After 30 min, wait she cam back to ask if I was ready, I gave her my order for chicken sand. and fries. I then asked about drink specials, for the day, she stated there were none, and I'll be back, after 20 min. someone else delivered ny order, sandwich was too salty, bread was too hard, so I removed the crust from chicken and that is the only item I ate. I have been going to this location since it opened last year. Most of the staff are very accomodating, but on this day, I could not wait to get out. I left hungry at half time. Asked to speak to manager on duty, she came out heard me story, thanked me, and I left. This location is busy, buy kitchen needs to let customers apply their own seasonings because whomever is cooking will kill us all with too much salt on everything. I don't even feel I should have paid for what was served to me.

My wife was picking up food and the cashier Emma was being very rude and disrespectful. She over heard her go into the back kitchen and calling her a [censored]. I am not going to tolerate this kind of things towards my family especially my wife. Something needs to be done. Management needs to be trained better in situations like this and to make things right. It's probably not her first time doing this to other customers, who knows what she is doing to our food nonetheless. I love going to this bww every week but we will not go back because of her.
