I called a week in an advance to receive a letter of separation upon the day I was to get it they did not have it for me I live 2 hours away I asked for it to be emailed and was told to call back the next day I have called 8 times and no one will answer the phone called customer service and was transferred 3 times and still nothing. All I need is my form.
