I was charged for the loss damage waiver which I did not approve. ( add'l $203) They use the contract, with the info entered by their sales associate, and claim that to be proof of agreement. Even if I did agree, it was a misleading " sales pitch." We spoke openly about why I SHOULDN'T purchase it. My grown son was a witness to the situation. The worst part was the total lack of customer service. He didn't give a rip - didn't even pretend to! I think they use a bait and switch strategy and that's unacceptable.
