I ordered a BÆRSkin Sunbeater Hoodie (Stealth black) with retired Navy velcro patch. I was charged $86.29. This was over two months ago. Since then, Ive exchanged half a dozen email with the company but even though they offer to refund my purchase I they don't offer a way to get a refund. I now know I've been getting responses from AI, and I'm stuck in a loop. I've been forced to file a complaint with my credit card company.

Recommendation: Stay as far away from BAERSkin as you can. I don't know how they stay in business.
