I ordered the Antidote dress. This dress was everything! The quality was great, the fit was perfect and the compliments were endless. This was a definite statement piece that turned every head in the venue. I would definitely recommend ***. Anytime I want to stand out from the crowd head to their site and find the perfect outfit for any occasion.

I ordered the Villian dress from *** fashion! I paid extra to have rush shipping and noted the day I needed it by! I received the dress before said date and in great condition and superb packaging! I was able to track my package and kept up to date with the arrival time! My dress fit perfect for my birthday, I received so many compliments! Definitely will be ordering again!

They're terrible! It states my order was suppose to ship out after 15 business days, I waited almost 2 months to receive my order. They sent an email saying they couldn't complete my order & said they can either expedite another order or refund me my money. I requested a refund & they next day I got an email saying my order had shipped. Every time I called customer service they got smart.

I ordered a dress for my birthday with special requirements because I'm super thick and curvy/ & tall. The dress I ordered was super detailed all over. When I arrived to pick up my dress; I fell completely in love. I was impressed by the packaging, the over all dress and the fit. It was better than I could ever imagine. She made a true statement piece for my 30th birthday that no one will EVER forget.

Do Not Shop There! They are rude and disrespectful ! They will take your money and get you unfinished outfit and damage out that looks like it's been worn ! Don't waste your money especially if u not a celebrity ! They gave me a jumpsuit that was used with zipper broke and stitching wasn't right ! I don't think I would have got that kind of service if I was celebrity ! Waste of my $200 ! Please don't shop ther!

If I could provide one word to describe *** Fashion, it would be Innovative! The designs, the fit, the beauty, the elegance I've felt wearing ***'s clothes. I was extremely blessed and honored, that everything I was looking for in a particular style, flowed. It was so beautiful, I HAD to model my clothing and had so many compliments. Thank you *** for your hardwork and dedication. I'm very PROUD, I hope for the opportunity to model more of your garments!

When it comes to the TOP of the line, TRENDSETTING & TRAILBLAZING FASHIONS, *** is the blueprint! Not to mention the unmatched professionalism of her entire team! If there are any questions or concerns with an order, they deliver a solution faster than FedEx! *** doesn't need a seat at the table of fashion, she is the TABLE!

Bought the VILLIAN DRESS for my birthday and let me just say it was a complete showstopper! Matter of fact it caught the attention of over a MILLION plus followers on my Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and even *** herself! *** set the bar, she is the GOAT of high end fashion and her professionalism is unmatched! I've since worn several pieces; all fit perfectly; with no customization needed and I must say I'm completely satisfied as well as a customer for life! Northstar dress was a show stopper for my birthday party! I am still getting phone calls about my stunning dress! I had a hiccup with the post office on a return. The staff at *** were extremely helpful because they understood the urgency of getting my replacement dress in time for my big day.They took care of me and it wasn't even their fault! I am not a celebrity client but I was treated like one. Awesome dress and superb customer service. Can't get no better than that! Thanks *** and staff for making my whole experience an awesome one

I ordered the dress called the Daunting and the material was absolutely horrible, the stones was falling off. The dress was heavy because of all the heavy stones. The dress is made cheaply and charged way too much. This is why she doesn't give refunds because she know how her items are made. I've been trying to return this dress to get a refund or credit and can't reach anyone by email or phone. They say go online and click the return button and nowhere is there a link to select to start a return. I don't even want a credit because I'm scared to order anything else. I just want my money back.

Don't ever order from here. The customer service is so horrible. I ordered a dress from here on September 25th and about 4 weeks went by and I still hadn't had an update on my order. Every time I called customer service they said they didn't have an update were very smart over the phone. I called again asking for my order because it should be done after 15 business days, and the lady told me they still don't have an update. I actually had to go back and forth with her just for her to call me back later and say my order will be shipped out that day. So I received the dress and everything was glued on. I paid 350+ for a dress to have rhinestones and tassels glued on. You can even see the glue. It's also not even a dress it's a leotard. Never shop here she only cares about her celebrity clients and her staff is rude!

I have been ordering from *** since she first opened her business. Almost every year i order an outfit from her for my birthday and usually i have no problem, but this last order i have a problem with, it was custom made so i wanted the shirt larger than the bottom, i placed this order on June 28,2022 and i got the outfit on July 25,2022. When i finally got the outfit the sizes were wrong. I have reached out to them and i haven't heard anything yet. I love the outfit i just want them to correct the mistake and no one is getting back to me and when i call the call always mysteriously disconnects. i am hurt and disappointed i love *** store, but not my last 2 purchases. i don't think im going to order from there anymore if this is the service that they are giving out now almost makes me feel like someone is intentionally trying to ruin her business cause customer service has never been this bad for this store

I ordered a dress my dress November XX-XXXX hoping to get it for New Years (wasn't a custom piece) on January XX-XXXX I sent a email stating I had not gotten the dress. I finally received an email back January 19th and they next day shipped the dress. I received the dress on January 21. I was trying to keep my hopes up and tell myself I'll have it for Valentine's Day so I immediately tried to dress on. I ordered a medium and this dress was more like an extra small.(I had my daughter try it on shes between an extra small & small) I emailed the company that day (January 21)! The response was the basic how response and it states if you need immediate response please call this number well that's great if the voicemail wasn't full long story short. I emailed them 4 times never got a response and there voicemail is still full I gave up & I still have the dress. Us regular fokes are not a priority even though are money spends the same uggh!

I been ordering from this company for 4 years now and I order around the same month and date. I order my jumper in October. My birthday is In November. My item haven't been shipped out yet so I emailed the company and ask when will my item will be shipped out the customer service representative said Monday I said OK. So Monday came and I havent received a tracking number or anything so I waited till Thursday I still didn't receive it. So I call and talk to someone on the phone and the person told me I can pay extra to get it shipped OVEr night on Friday but the item wasn't ready yet. I explained that the person I talk to told me Monday and now it's not ready... So I ask for a refund the lady told me that they will take 30% of what paid for a restocking fee and I was find with that. So I waited 3 days for a refund never received it. So I call back and ask to speak to a manager name Liz I explain to her what happen she told me that she wasn't giving me my refund and she laughs at the issue that I was going on and then she hung up on me. Very rude , i had her on speaker so my friends around me can hear the conversation that was going on. I go to my email they sent me store credit I don't want Stire credit i want my money back I will never spend anymore money with this company ever again. I will be getting a lawyer to file a lawsuit against this company.

Please do not waste your time and money with this company. My goodness if I could leave negative 10 stars I would, I hate leaving reviews I NEVER do this but wow this was the brand to make me actually do this. when I say I'm appalled at such customer service its DISGUSTING! Im surprised and actually quite shocked that they are still in business a dress ordered over three weeks ago and on the fourth week they decide to say we dont have the material for the dress?! lmao how does that possibly make sense, as if the pandemic couldn't make my birthday suck less I paid $400 PLUS for this dress and for them to tell me a week prior to the event that they don't have material instead of telling me this sooner?! they're phones aren't connected it just rings until inevitably the line just disconnects and forget about emailing its just as worse you can only get their attention by bashing them on their public social media pages and then they try to get you to purchase items other than that you wanted! this was the most horrific and putrid shopping experience of my life. I will NEVER shop here again and I will NEVER support them nor will I recommend anyone ON THIS EARTH TO EBER SHOP HERE! I HOPE THEY CLOSE DOWN AND LEARN THAT CUSTOMERS ARE THEIR LIVELIHOOD AND SHOULD BE TREATED BETTER THAN THIS. HORRIBLEEEEEEE TERRIBLE AND DISPICABLE! LIZ, CATRICE AND *** SUCK !

I decided to take a chance to order a $600+ two piece set customized from *** and this was the worst customer experience EVER! I ordered the Temptress two piece set and let me say it wasn't worth the money spent. First, I ordered in advance because the website stated it will take 2 weeks to make the two piece set. I received the set after 20 days and my big event was in 3 days. I am usually a size M but I sized up to an XL to make sure it fits. Once I put the leggings on the fabric ripped. The next day I contacted customer service and spoke to Michelle who was SOO rude. She wasn't letting me talk and decided to HANG UP the phone when I was trying to explain to her that the hot glue they used to glue the stones was too hot for the fabric which caused it to rip. Michelle sent me an email the following week stating I can't get a refund because I ripped the fabric and they don't send out defective items to their customers. Trust me I didn't want to return the set as much as she didn't because my event was close by. So I called the store asking them to speak to a manager because at this point it's not about the money it's the PRINCIPLE. Then, they connected me to Michelle again and I was expressing to her my opinion about the fabric and she hangs up on me again while I am talking. The website states they will give their customers refunds if there's an unfortunate situation and it upsets me ***' team kept redirecting me to Michelle who kept hanging up on me like I didn't support their business. I've seen I wasn't getting a resolution with my leggings so I left it alone and asked to refund the bodysuit and they were only offering me 30%(are you kidding me). I see another customer had a bad experience with the Temptress set as well. I should've read the reviews before purchasing the outfit.

I was charged 30% of my order because I cancelled after a month of waiting on my items. Never had to pay any other company a restocking fee for items I never received. Why would anyone have to pay 30% of an order they never received.
