To whom it may concern.

I contracted Pneumonia about 3 weeks before my long awaited flight to South Africa to see my family for the first time in 5 years. My refund was just over $200 after I spent more than $2000 on my ticket.

I feel that I should get refunded more as the reason for cancellation was not something I had control of. I would love to book with your airline again to make my way to South Africa once I am fully recovered.

I would really appreciate it if the refund amount could be reviewed with the above information in mind. (I can also provide prove in the form of continuing medical appointments)
