Hi,

I like Braum's fine. Just wanted to ask someone to remind the cashier for order 122165 at store #163 in Wichita Falls, TX 76310 to be a little more alert. I handed her a 20.00 bill to pay and she did not hand the change back to me. She laid it on the counter instead. Some people can take this as an insult. I think I saw on the news recently about a customer and a cashier getting into a fight at a Walmart store for the same reason.

Desired outcome: Educate your employees to be polite and pay attention. Try not to offend anyone to avoid potential harm to them or your company.
