Braum's review: Service issues

Date: 2/27, 10:20am, Frisco, Tx, Main Street. Requested the Big Country Breakfast with gravy. They did state that there was no gravy and if that was ok. I did say yes. When I got to the window, I asked if they were making more gravy and I could wait or there was no more available. They said that it was just before lunch and the gravy was for lunch and couldn't serve it for breakfast. What?! Whether I came at the beginning of the breakfast time or the end of the breakfast time, Braum's should fully be serving breakfast. The hours are communicated that serving breakfast until 10:30 am. In a way, that is false advertising if really want to get granular about it. I could go to McDonalds across the street that always has what you want all the way through breakfast hours.

Moreover, this particular Braum's location is so passive in their customer service over many orders this just did it for me. I go often to one in Plano near my Mom and never have problems and only good service. That should be consistent across locations.
