Breakfast: week of February 2nd & 9th 7:30am
Location: NW 39th & Tulsa OKC
Business practice is now if a meal is being in cash & the cashier does not have correct change, i.e., pennies then the store will "short" the customer rather than rounding up to the change being given back to the customer. 2nd time this happened, brought to Mgr attention & it took over 5 minutes to be resolved.
Desired outcome: Address the situation with the store & until laws are changed, offer change to customer that benefits the customer

Braums in NW OKC has now started short-changing customers who pay in cash if they do not have pennies available. Really have to "push" to have them make it right & round up to coin in favor of the customer. How much money over the day, over a week over a month is the company making if they short-change all cash paying customers?
